【朱健弘／台北報導】江美琪今晚在彰化的大葉大學演出，因為演出太認真，渾然不覺演唱中途正發生地震，演出結束搭車趕回台北，約晚間8點半、走高速公路行經北上三義路段時，司機驚見路面有長約20公尺的裂縫，她及工作人員看到後，隨即發臉書提醒大家行車安全，記者致電給她，她人已到楊梅，表示本來以為是水痕，後來發現前面的車壓過去都沒水花飛濺，才驚覺是地震造成的裂縫，很多粉絲都叮囑她要注意安全。

【黃瑞娟／花蓮報導】晚間8時零2分發生規模6.3地震，在震央萬榮鄉紅葉村溫泉區。從花蓮市南下泡湯的陳姓民眾說「嚇死我了，差點光溜溜從湯屋裡衝出來！」瑞穗鄉瑞祥村李姓居民說，印象中瑞穗鄉從未發生過如此大地震，心臟差點沒力，所幸有驚無險。
 
光復鄉大富村民蔡岳維說，當時他躺在客廳沙發上打瞌睡，地震持續約1分鐘，他嚇得跳起來。80歲老母擔心他被魚缸打到，拚了老命衝上前去抱住他。強震發生後餘震不斷：「每10分鐘地板就跳一次，全家人都心驚膽跳，無法安眠」

※ [本文轉錄自 Food 看板 #1ISc58qz ] 作者: heartinkslab (心如石硯) 看板: Food 標題: [食記] 台南 東區 IN'S飲食坊 煲仔飯/海南雞飯 時間: Thu Oct 31 21:55:10 2013 餐廳名稱：IN'S 飲食坊 海南雞飯/港式煲仔飯 消費時間：2013年/10月 地址：台南市長榮路三段66巷37-2號 電話：(06)2363228 營業時間：中午11:30~14:00 ; 晚上 17:00~21:00 (星期一公休) 每人平均價位：本次消費260/人 推薦菜色：港式煲仔飯/港式撈麵 圖文食記: http://heartinkstone.pixnet.net/blog/post/166348797 從店家外觀看,感覺上像是一家小店, 但裡面的空間縱深相當長,座位方面還算寬敞. 店內牆上掛了許多山水字畫,增添了幾許中國風的氣息, 仔細看字畫內容,有些甚至是一些文人雅士到此品嚐過美味之後的隨書落款, 可以見得這裡深受喜愛的程度. 店內提供了熱普洱茶的飲品,喝起來還挺爽口的 餐點菜單總覽 大致看了一下菜單,說真的,跟自己兩年前離開台南相比, 上漲了不少,各式餐點至少都漲了30~40元不等, 他們的餐點種類還不少,但個人覺得最值得推薦的, 除了店家標榜海南雞飯之外,其實這裡最特別的, 應該是他們的港式煲仔飯,因為做法真的是相當獨特. 另外,港式撈麵與南洋風味的肉骨茶湯麵, 也是喜歡麵點的朋友不容錯過的經典. 我們點的餐點 鮮蝦腐皮捲 80元 柱侯牛腩撈麵 150元 滑雞拼牛肉煲仔飯(大) 190元 加100元升級的套餐: 肉骨茶湯+優格+蜜茶 以下大致是我們的餐點內容介紹: 柱侯牛腩撈麵 撈麵的湯品,是簡單的白韭菜蝦米湯,簡單但卻異常的美味 這裡的港式撈麵,是自己吃過的港式餐廳當中,感覺最對味的. 麵條本身屬於雞蛋麵與台式油麵的滋味,不過相對要細上許多, 可是又不像一般麵線般的軟爛,相反的,它相當有彈性,口感相當特別. 至於牛肉滷得軟嫩,與麵條和牛肉原汁相互配搭,很是出色. 肉骨茶湯 由於不曾到過南洋,所以也沒嚐過所謂真正的南洋肉骨茶是甚麼樣子. 但之前用過友人在新加坡買的肉骨茶包熬湯, 就是同樣的滋味無誤,所以,應該是相當道地吧! 當然,除了道地之外,在用料上也頗為豐富,排骨選用的是肉多的部位, 搭配上金針,豆皮,以及香菇,用盅所熬煮出來的湯品,果然是不同凡響的! 鮮蝦腐皮捲 除了煲仔飯與麵點之外,店家還兼賣一些蒸籠類的港式點心 鮮蝦腐皮捲不同於一般港式飲茶店用炸的烹煮方式,這裡是用蒸的, 口感上有點像是在吃素食湯品的菜捲,挺特別的. 裡面的內餡則是用鮮蝦和蝦漿所混合而成,滋味也頗鮮美. 滑雞拼牛肉煲仔飯(大) 煲仔飯一直是自己頗喜歡的港式餐點,前前後後在不少港式餐廳都曾經品嚐過, 但大多數店家的煲仔飯,盛裝的器皿都是陶鍋,相對的比較難呈現出米飯的硬實感. 而這裡所使用的,則是金屬的鍋具,感覺上有點像是韓式石鍋拌飯的做法, 能夠製造出更多鍋巴飯的滋味,這也是自己最喜歡的特色所在. 底層是經生米煮成熟飯過程的白米飯, 上頭則是鋪上了滿滿的北菇滑雞與蒸過的牛絞肉. 只不過,感覺上面的豆芽菜似乎有點多餘, 記得過去只是加了幾片青江菜點綴, 而現在青菜量太多,反倒是影響了米飯的乾燥口感, 個人不是那麼習慣就是了. 按個人的口味,適當的添加港式臘味醬油 醬油與米飯及食材相互的攪拌均勻後,就可以開始大快朵頤了... 生米煮成熟飯的烹煮方式,讓米飯得以粒粒分明, 不帶太多的水分,口感非常棒, 如此一口米飯,搭配上爽滑鮮嫩的滑雞與牛肉,是種很棒的滋味. 看到這厚實的鍋巴了麼?喀滋喀滋的鹹香口感真的很特別. 喜歡吃鍋巴飯的朋友們,絕對不能錯過這道經典的港式煲仔飯呦!! 套餐的甜點與飲料 甜點的優格嚐起來像是自己自製的,滋味挺天然的, 蜜茶冰冰涼涼的,甜度也適中,還不錯. 總的說來,這裡的餐點有著獨特的港式風味, 尤其是喜歡煲仔飯與鍋巴飯的朋友們, 更是不容錯過這家隱身在巷弄間的小店, 儘管餐點價格翻了好幾回, 但基本上用料相較於價格,還是相當實在的, 所以,喜歡港式餐點的話,來吃就對了! -- 心如石硯 http://heartinkstone.pixnet.net/blog -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 49.218.47.62 ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ※ 轉錄者: heartinkslab (49.218.47.62), 時間: 10/31/2013 21:55:42
