於前幾日在小三美日第一次購買，
因為東西有特價，因此購買了很多商品，
結果等特價一結束，卻被小三美日以超商有問題為由取消訂單，
並告知我如果想要購買請再次訂購，
問題是價格都漲回去每樣東西相差10~30左右。

我之前也是這樣訂購奇摩商城的東西，就算是超商有問題，
賣家都會事先通知更改訂購資料，為什麼這樣小三美日，他們卻是直接取消訂購，
並且叫我要購買，再次的下標，並且購買現在目前的價格。

這樣超級不合理的，況且，我指定那個超商，我已經在奇摩商城和拍賣訂購東西有上百回，還頭一次被賣家以這次的理為取消訂單的！

請問一下有這樣經驗的人，你們會該怎麼做？

距離索契冬奧會開幕還有100天，俄羅斯中央銀行在聖彼得堡展示了100盧布（約3美元）面值的索契冬奧會紀念紙幣。

根據俄羅斯中央銀行官網顯示，紀念紙幣長15公分，寬6.5公分，正面是一位騰空的滑板滑雪者，背面是索契冬奧會體育場，預計發行2000萬張。

該紀念紙幣和現在俄羅斯市面流通的100盧布有相同功能，可在市場上流通。

發布會當天，俄羅斯中央銀行還展示了25盧布（約0.78美元）面值的紀念硬幣。硬幣正面是俄羅斯國徽，背面是索契冬奧會火炬及帶有傳遞路線的俄羅斯地圖。

俄新社報導，世界上首次發行紀念硬幣始於1952年赫爾辛基奧運會。

馬來西亞衛生部總監諾希山表示，經過調查，目前仍未發現市面上有任何富味鄉油品，同時也沒有任何違反衛生部標準的食用油。

諾希山接受中央社記者專訪時表示，截至目前為止仍沒有發現富味鄉進口至大馬的紀錄，但不排除該公司透過在其他國家生產的混合食用油後再進口至大馬，因此仍會繼續追蹤相關油品。

他透露，衛生部也非常關注去年大馬市面上流傳的「回鍋油」傳聞，因此除了透過內部資料搜查外，也檢查了149間餐館與305個小吃攤，目前也未查獲任何使用或生產回鍋油的證據。

他表示，在1983年食品安全法令規定下，禁止任何人進口、生產與銷售可能危害人體健康的油品；假如發現涉及有關行為，將會控訴觸法者。一旦罪名成立，將面臨罰款最高10萬令吉或最長監禁10年，或者兩者兼施。

另一方面，大馬市面也暫未出現任何購買食用油恐慌，大多數消費者仍相信大馬衛生部的食品安全把關能力，因此不會改變現有消費習慣。
