標題[討論] 舊電腦有問題，該不該買新筆電

我現在的筆電是2009年2月出產，9月入手的asus X61S 用到現在已經快5年了 這兩年陸陸續續出現一些小問題 例如麥克風收不到聲音，所以沒辦法錄音聊視訊 或者是wifi壞掉，要用網路一定要接線 風扇聲音大到像是飛機要起飛等等 身為人在國外負債累累的窮困學生 筆電拿去給別人檢查(沒有任何修理)要台幣3000元 我有朋友拿去修個小東西就破台幣15,000 今年過年會回台灣孝順老媽 有點猶豫我要不要把電腦帶回台灣請人檢查 還是要再買一台新的? 標題[心得] 換季過敏保養/治療心得

每年這個時候我的皮膚都會大抓狂 有時是身體有時是臉,今年很衰的輪到臉了QQ (過20歲後每年的秋冬轉換之際我幾乎都會過敏. 曾經四肢跟腰背長出像雞皮疙瘩的疹子,不紅不腫但就是一粒粒的,超級癢！！ 也曾經眼下,臉週跟脖子處長類似癬的東西,局部肌膚會紅腫癢,還會變粗糙 ....總之很多很慘就是了QQ) 而且人又不在台灣,身在國外真的不得不讚美台灣的健保制度(雖然快倒了的樣子..) 我真心建議大家要"善用"非"濫用"台灣的醫療健保 有病就要去看醫生,沒病就不要亂拿藥浪費資源 所以開場白一定是：人在台灣的話,過敏就去看醫生！！！ 上網求助板友也不一定有用,還不如花200塊+1小時去看個醫生！ 會寫這篇是想說可能有些板友跟我一樣人在不方便看醫生的地方, 或是沒有那麼嚴重的小過敏,都可以參考看看我的方法 當然我的方法不見得有用,只能"在不增加身體負擔的情況下"加減試試看 很嚴重一定得去看醫生不要再批踢踢上爬文了！！ ---- 我的過敏症狀： 臉上(尤其是臉跟脖子交接處)長出很多像粉刺一粒粒的疹子 有小有大,小至看不到大至紅腫像痘痘 但洗臉時可以清楚摸得出來臉上長了一堆小小凸凸的粉刺(無開口) 如果認真擠也真的擠得出牙膏狀的粉刺, 但極少有粉刺頭的 (就擠痘痘時要先把膿擠出來,最後才會把一顆"粉刺頭"擠出, 我不知道那叫什麼,都叫它粉刺頭或是"頭"XD) 還有皮膚某些地方不知道接觸到什麼過敏原,突然紅腫發燙+一點癢 大概過幾天後患處皮膚會變超緊又很光滑沒有毛孔,甚至會反光很像塑膠 然後就是開始脫皮+刺癢,脫皮完皮膚會有點敏感,但過陣子就復原了 我這次是疑似對長久使用的護髮乳過敏,所以額頭上半部就過敏了T_T 先說第一部分的臉周長得粉刺好了 一開始當然手很賤的都會想把所有凸凸粉刺 但隔天就爛臉,紅腫又有組織液(可以貼痘痘貼),然後又會留疤 所以我後來就放棄了 曾想過用我的過敏愛將：特潤 來解決 但我發現特潤無法對付這粉刺群問題 所以我就換了其他方法：簡易保養穩定問題(不再新增粉刺群後),再用果酸乳液代謝 這方法就明顯有效很多！ 但是！！！如果皮膚會敏感,紅腫癢就無法使用這方法,果酸乳液可能太刺激喔！ 我先簡易保養約3-5天(化妝水+玻尿酸,會乾就擦舒特膚,不會就不擦.連眼霜都不用) 確定沒有長新的粉刺,就開始用： 白天：化妝水+玻尿酸＋舒特膚 晚上：化妝水＋果酸乳液（我用妮奧翠絲) 用約一周小粉刺就會明顯減少,大粉刺會變成痘痘,可以選擇擠或不擠 要擠最好等痘痘成熟看到白頭再擠. 當然多喝水,運動跟勤換枕頭套(我3天換一次)都很重要, 在家就把頭髮盤起來,出門也少化妝(我連防曬都沒擦,但是因為我很少出門,也以車代步) 洗面乳盡量用低刺激性的,我用Prof TK的胺基酸洗面霜或是舒特膚洗面乳(無法起泡) 真的要化妝的話一定要徹底卸妝跟清潔！ 然後就是額頭紅腫癢+脫皮的部份 如果你也有相同症狀,去看醫生吧！！！ 我是因為之前在台灣發作過類似症狀,所以醫生有開藥給我 後來我只要有類似的緊急突發狀忘就用這隻藥膏 如果只是小小局部發癢但不紅不腫也不痛,我就用雅漾活泉水跟特潤,通常隔天就會好 因為這藥是類固醇,我也不知道是不是直接去藥局就能買到 所以我不會說這隻藥的名字,免得有人跑去藥局直接買＝＝ (版上有些板友會推些藥品,然後就會有人一窩蜂去買,但我不大贊成把藥品當保養品 我相信它之所以"藥品"而不是"保養品"一定有其原因,所以為了避免藥物濫用, 請大家有需求還是去看醫生請醫生開藥) 嚴重過敏時(紅腫癢刺痛一起來)就只用舒特膚洗面乳和溫水洗臉 這洗面乳非常非常低刺激性,比prof tk的洗面霜還溫和 避免使用含酸類或其他刺激成分的保養品,如抗皺美白等等 青春露也算喔,pitera是算刺激性的喔～ 此時的我連用prof tk都會刺痛,噴活泉水也會微刺痛QQ 白天保養就只有雅漾活泉水,我會一直濕敷活泉水(一般礦泉水也可以我覺得)！ 拿張化妝棉貼在患處,乾了就噴活泉水XD 如果不能濕敷就擦皮膚能接受的乳液,記得在患處邊緣先試一點點看會不會刺痛 我發現我的過敏不能用平常擦的舒特敷跟玻尿酸,但可以擦Sisley的修護面霜@@ 所以應該也是看個人! 晚上洗臉不要用太熱的水,用低刺激性洗面乳把臉洗乾淨,然後用紙巾按壓擦乾臉 不要大力搓揉肌膚或是直接用毛巾"擦乾"臉,要用按壓的 然後就活泉水或是礦泉水濕敷,擦藥,不擦乳液 記得能多早睡就多早睡！反正醒著皮膚癢痛又想摸,或是又想照鏡子看慘況, 然後手賤又去摸或是臉爛造成心情低落,還不如早睡！ 以上,祝大家有美好的皮膚～～～ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 72.181.149.133
