【盧麗蓮／綜合報導】蕭敬騰前天險遭糞襲後，海倫清桃也在臉書PO文求救，表示有男粉絲揚言要殺她。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，海倫清桃臉書PO文：「有人在我的隨意窩部落格回應要殺死我，如果有人知道誰是『MIRA男友游凱復』請告知我。」海倫清桃透露，2周前有男粉絲在記者會上送花給她，她當時把花放在地上，對方因此暴怒，到處說她壞話，看到蕭敬騰的新聞後，她格外感到害怕，擔心會有危險。

食安問題屢屢出包，開門七件事的柴、米、油、鹽、醬、醋、茶幾乎樣樣出問題，連過去飲食中甚少人會注意的油品也不保。現在不管是外食還是自家開伙，幾乎無人倖免，不少婆婆媽媽甚至恐慌到自己炸豬油，到底如何用油才安全呢？

下面就要跟大家釐清幾個用油的觀念。

1、選「好油」比「少用油」重要

油，來自於動物脂肪、種籽、堅果、核果，像花生、苦茶籽、葡萄籽、芝麻、橄欖等，經過高溫萃取或低溫壓榨而得到油脂。每一種油，脂肪酸佔了90%，其他10％是營養成分。

身體製造賀爾蒙需要油，當油類攝取不足或是不對，就會導致代謝失調，生理時鐘也會大亂。但碰到「油」，大家往往只想到「熱量」、「肥胖」而退避三舍。其實用對好油反而增加代謝，甚至會變瘦。

舉個例子來說，車子要常換機油，才能把廢物順利排出，身體需要油就是這個道理。

2、未精緻才是好油

什麼是好油？就是「未精緻過」的油。通常這類油都有「低溫初榨」的特性，以低溫、直接慢慢壓出的第一道的純油，油品濃稠有殘渣之外還能保存天然的營養。好的橄欖油、麻油、苦茶籽油、花生油、亞麻仁油、玄米油都是低溫製成。

低溫，代表溫度需要不斷監控、壓油的時間需要拉長，以這種方式製造出來的油不會破壞油脂中的營養成分，唯一的缺點是榨出來的油稀少，所以價格昂貴。

至於我們常用的葵花油、玉米油、大豆油、菜籽油這類植物油，因為含油量低，在節省成本的考量下，必須透過高溫和化學乙烷來提煉溶解出油質，高溫140℃會將油的營養破壞殆盡，化學劑也可能殘留，所以高溫榨出的油容易產生自由基，並不建議常使用。
