一名8旬失智老婦24日在台北市忠孝東路6段走失，她身上沒有證件，難以言語溝通，南港警分局同德派出所警員將她帶返所，奉上熱茶安撫。老婦雖能說出姓名卻不識字，警方靠著同音字及年齡比對，好不容易找到戶籍地，但該住址多年沒人住，老婦透露育有兒子，無奈兒子住址仍無人居住。

警方不放棄希望，透過社會局協助查詢扶養資料，成功回溯查出老婦兒子的報稅資料，順利連絡到家屬到所領回。原來老婦當天是從安養中心自行走出，員警熱心為民服務，家屬非常感激，今天獲得分局表揚。

標題[問題] 如何以不補習方式準備四等書記官考試？

[問題] 應考資格、各種國考疑難雜症等，以有正確作法、答案者為主 (不包括書裡的疑問)。若問題如人生規劃、讀書計畫等，無一 定作法、答案者，請用閒聊選項。 因為家中經濟狀況拮据，所以實在沒有多餘的錢到補習班補習，也不想給父母添麻煩。 所以想在這裡問問有準備國考經驗的高手們，該如何以不補習的方式準備考試。此外， 時間分配該怎麼做?一天要讀多久? 對於訴訟法(特別是民訴的部分)，我一直抓不到重點，感覺每個部份都很重要， 但我卻老是讀過就忘。(或許完全沒有被我讀盡腦子裡) 之前民訴都是只看法條以及老師準備的簡略講義，所以我其實沒有一個完整體系在， 不知道有沒有推薦適合四等書記官用的訴訟法書籍?? 民法部分，對我來說是個範圍很大的考科，在念書時常常抓不好分配時間與重點， 最後變成，我最常念的科目是民總，如果考到混和題型(例如：債加物權)就完全被擊潰。 民法是我最擔憂的科目(特別是債總各) 刑法部分，今年書記官考試第一題就拿了零分，其他三題拿分也不高，本以為爭點 都有帶到分數應該不會太難看，沒想到分數卻低到不行。一直以來我都是念書加上 自己練習寫題目(以補習班解答自行對答案)，我該做什麼才能夠更加進步？ 法院組織法部分，我是自讀，自己買課本加上讀法條。除此之外，我還可以在做些 什麼準備? 另外，英文部分多寫考古題就可以了嗎?因為今年考試有很多題我都看不太懂，所以 對於只寫考古題的準備方式感到害怕。 公文部分一直都拿不高分，普考甚至只拿到了五分，作文及公文部分是否只要勤加練習即 ? 身邊有許多友人都在各大知名補習班苦讀，加上最近收到今年落榜成績單所以十分心慌， 我不想拿自己沒有補習作為考不上的藉口，因為那只是在逃避現實，因而來這裡請教大大 ? 距離明年考試還有兩百天（算整數），想拼命在這短暫的時間裡好好準備考試，更不希望 ? 明年又收到同樣的成績單，然後落淚！ 真心請教各位高手的考試經驗，讓我能更有自信的面對考試！（煩請各位高手當我是完全 沒有法律基礎，或是基礎不夠紮實、混亂的考生，我想藉此重新打基礎） 非常感謝！！！！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 112.105.52.217

我以我的經驗 前公司月薪 薪水是n +分紅(我的職級差不多三個月以上) 保14 我去面試時照實寫 我期望待遇寫n+9K 面試官問我你憑什麼覺得你可以從 n --> n+9K 我說因為我們有分紅 且保14 他說分紅是看公司有沒有賺 月薪是月薪 分紅是分紅 兩個不一樣 最後還跟我講 它們公司目前沒賺錢 還賠錢 可能也沒年終 說n+4K 他還可以考慮 (是我考慮吧) 我去找工作後才知道 很多家公司根本沒保14 它們要我去面試時 也一直以為我只要n+9K就可以 可是我期望的是最少是也有保14 其他的問我之前的薪資 他們算一算 其實自己就知道 他們提出的薪資你根本不會來 所以最後很多都沒消息 我是覺得 你要就敢開 提出符合你的需求 只要確定你提的薪資還是會有公司會接受的 不然去了 過沒一年又想跑 這樣何必呢 我今年離職時 自己就訂年薪 工作地點:台灣最低700K 大陸1000K 我八月初還沒找工作 就按離職 20號就找到 我十月八號離職 也是還沒找到工作 20號就找到 (因為本來跟我講是去大陸 卻跟我講 我聽錯 沒說一定要去大陸 雖然給的薪資有700K 可是我還是很不爽被騙 ) 這兩次面試很多家 幾乎天天排滿 有些一天還上下午兩場 很多聽到我提出的薪資就不願意 可是慢慢找 還是會找到能符合給自己期望的薪資福利 我是覺得你一定要在你上一份工作的薪資多少灌點水 月薪多個三四千 這樣比較好談 ※ 引述《hstf (馬刺贏球就是爽\⊙▽⊙/)》之銘言： : 如主旨 : 這個問題一直困擾著我 : 如果寫前份工作的薪水…… : 1. 面試公司這方會覺得：你之前薪水那麼高，這裡無法滿足你，然後就感謝函. : 2. 我如果寫出來不就違反個資法透露之前公司的薪水嗎？ : 接下來是寫希望待遇也是一樣， : 3. 寫太高會覺得我獅子大開口，所以而不錄取我. : 4. 寫一樣的話又可能發生像第一點的情形 : 5. 若我留空白的話又擔心資料不確實有所隱瞞，所以不錄取 : 請問大家在寫履歷表的時候都會很誠實的把之前工作的待遇薪水都寫進去嗎 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.34.103.87
