【吳家翔／台北報導】兩岸服貿協議引發各界質疑，馬英九總統今年7月接受udn tv專訪時宣稱「我們根本沒有開放大陸勞工」，包括民主陣線等多個民間團體上午到台北的中國銀行台北分行門口，痛批馬總統說謊，因為中國銀行內就有中國籍勞工，一行人高呼「人民不是傻瓜」、「中國銀行有中國勞工」、「保障國民就業」、「中國白領適用就服法」等口號。

反黑箱服貿民主陣線召集人賴中強出示3項證據，認為馬英九根本是公然說謊。首先是中國銀行行長李禮輝今年3月日接受新華社專訪時表示，中國銀行台北分行員工30多人，其中台籍員工20多人，10餘人非台籍員工；其次，中國銀行台北分行開幕時，新華社報導，中國銀行僱用23名員工，其中有14位台灣籍員工，有9位是大陸勞工。

賴中強指出，第三項證據則是金管會與陸委會今年5月24日向立法院提出的報告，明確寫道，截至今年4月底，3家獲准在台設立分行的大陸銀行共計雇用員工74人，其中台籍49人，非台籍員工25人，也就是有1/3的中國籍勞工。他說，中國銀行的存在、新華社的專訪與金管會的報告，「告訴我們馬英九說謊，除非你把這建築（中國銀行台北分行）拆了，否則中國銀行的存在，中國勞工已經到台灣來了，馬英九不要否認」。

包括民主陣線、勞工陣線、婦女新知、台灣教授協會與台權會等團體並在中國銀行前上演行動劇，諷刺政府以「經貿專業人士」、「跨國企業內部調動」、「商務活動」與「產業科技人士」等各種名目，開放中國籍白領勞工名義來台。

【林修卉╱台北報導】民間司法改革基金會揭露，台灣檢察官每年聲請監聽件數達1萬5312件，是美國的5.6倍；估算每10萬名台灣人就有44個人被監聽，是日本的1929倍。法務部長羅瑩雪今早受訪表示，「那個數字的比較的基礎是不對！」監聽是很辛苦的事情，要花很多時間去聽譯文，工作量很大，檢察官也負荷不起。

羅瑩雪指出，那個數字怎麼來的可能還要仔細去探究，因為每個國家的監聽不一樣，台灣一律要經過法院，可能有些國家不需要經過法院，情治單位監聽的數字能否統計都還不曉得。

羅瑩雪表示，大部份的監聽都是販賣毒品、違反《槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例》，以及組織犯罪，一般老百姓被監聽的比例應該是非常少，因為監聽是很辛苦的事情，要花很多時間去聽譯文，工作量很大，檢察官也負荷不起，不是太重要的案件幾乎很少。

羅瑩雪說，「這個數字怎麼算，我還沒仔細看資料！」1個人如果有1隻電話，例如販毒的監聽模式，3年就會監聽36次，因為每個月要申請1次；若1個人有3隻電話，3年就有100多次，所以數字看起來很大，但並非這麼多人。

【葉國吏／綜合報導】辛巴威最醜男選舉，去年由馬斯維努（William Masvinu）勝出，今年他捲土重來，再次奪得冠軍。

香港《蘋果日報》報導，辛巴威在2011年首次舉辦最醜男選舉，至今年已經是第三屆。當地的最醜男選舉曾一度引起爭議，但去年馬斯維努勝出後，成功為他一名兒子賺取了一年的學費，結果令賽事大受當地男士歡迎。

馬斯維努曾在街上當苦力，據稱自小因醜樣嚇怕親友，長大後又因長相問題難以找到工作，今年比賽他成功擊敗11名對手，再次奪得冠軍，看來絕非浪得虛名。
