各位高科技板大們～大家好， 草民第一次進入電子業之華通電腦工廠， 當時被帶進去的是「人力仲介」， 那天就開始上課， 上一些化學相關的物品及工作上的態度、樂趣， 就是放一些電腦上的影音。 下午就開始線上考試， 考一些早上上過的課程還有性向測驗、 考完後就被人帶去領制服及黃色圈套「作業助理」， 領完制服後就被電鍍部門人員帶去工作的場所。 進去電鍍部門場所， 看那些正在工作的資深人員， 忙到、熱到脫掉只剩下一件白色內衣， 另一位資深人員就帶我們繞全場， 介紹設備、化學藥水等一些相關事物， 然後得要測試您適不適合這裡工作的溫度， 拿個抹布、水桶就開始擦機台， 邊擦機台邊看那些環境真的很傷身， 尤其是化學藥水， 那個味道真的讓人臭到不行， 溫度到是還可以接受。 擦完機台後， 領班就開始對我們說：「您們來都是臨時工， 想昇正職就得要看您們的工作態度和出勤正不正常， 行政人員說作滿六個月就昇正職一事， 也是要看您們的態度及表現。」 然後那個資深人員就偷偷指那個人， 就跟我們說：「那個人也是作很久了， 但他當臨時工已經快要一年了也沒辦法昇， 也就是說他工作表現非常的不好， 他只要有正職名單在內一定拔除掉。」 心理正在想著想著， 這種化學藥水待久了一定會讓人受不了， 臨時工跟正職作的事都一模一樣， 六個月後又不保証， 不就「一個蘿蔔一個坑」， 正職人員沒離職～臨時工就別想昇。 好吧～先求有～在求好！ 謝謝大家！ -- 立秋第六階段：立秋，處暑，白露，秋分，寒露，霜降。 【霜降】說明：到了這個時節，大家一定可以明顯感受到天氣一天比一天還要冷，冬天的腳 步似乎近了！在這個時候，太陽的行徑比較偏向南半球，所以位於北半球的台灣就會開始感 到天氣漸漸變冷，草木也開始凋零，山上楓樹的葉子由綠轉紅，充分顯現出秋天蕭瑟的景象 。不過，趁著這個節令，可以利用假期到南投的奧萬大賞楓，體驗深秋的大自然氣息並欣賞 美景。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 182.235.17.43 ※ 編輯: Japan2001 來自: 182.235.17.43 (10/29 11:32)

社會變遷，單親家庭越來越多，兒盟今天發布「2013弱勢單親家庭生活現況調查」，發現單親家庭面臨經濟、子女照顧、心理調適三大生活壓力，讓許多單親爸媽面臨走頭無路的困境。

兒盟北區社工處處長白麗芳上午表示，兒盟7月8日至8月26日調查服務的440名單親家長，發現單親家長最大的生活壓力還是來自經濟，有近半單親家庭每月收入低於最低基本工資、六成有債務要還、七成覺得入不敷出，甚至有八成五的弱勢單親家庭，曾因為沒有錢走投無路，其中單親媽媽的經濟壓力又高於單親爸爸。

【張博亭／台北報導】台大醫院創傷醫學部主任柯文哲今表示，台灣醫療面臨3大問題，包括內外婦兒科四大皆空、醫療費用快速成長，及無效醫療。四大皆空是因專科醫師制度必須要檢討，一般外科醫師少、次專科醫師過多；醫療費用快速成長是指健保論量計酬必須要改，因為越便宜越有效的看診方式越賺不到錢，醫院不願採用；無效醫療則指洗腎、葉克膜在台灣的使用比例很高。

他並指，幾乎每個立委都關說過台大的病房。 柯文哲受邀出席南德扶輪社演講，講題為「台灣醫療的過去、現在、未來」，他笑說，立法委員不只柯建銘，每個立委幾乎都有關說過台大的病房，他自己的團隊開了一個急診後送病房，即使沒錢沒勢，窮人也可以住院，醫院還是要盡量朝非營利事業來做，維持社會主義。

【徐微欣／台北報導】維多利亞集團在台北市士林區的新案「天子」，僅規劃10戶210坪豪宅，採「精裝修」服務，邀請8位建築設計大師親自操刀，其中好萊塢御用頂級室內設計師Kelly Hoppen首度在亞洲華人區替單戶豪宅做室內設計，她也親自來台介紹此次設計理念。
 
設計手法以中西方美學為主，室內採用淡雅大地色系並選用頂級材質，融入女性細膩的布置氛圍，呈現低調奢華風格。Kelly Hoppen也提到，1個舒服的家是她設計的主要理念，在很多細節都下了功夫，以凸顯精緻的國際品味。
