菁茵荋生技公司生產的保健食品「威力纖Plus」，被驗出含禁藥Cetilistat，國民黨榮譽主席連戰長女連惠心，昨天被菁茵荋總經理曾心怡供出是實際出資者。立委李應元、台北市議員阮昭雄今舉行記者會，要求連惠心不要再閃躲了，應立即面對、負責、道歉、賠償。

阮昭雄說，8月連惠心受媒體訪時提及，她2008年創辦菁茵荋，目前在大陸武漢有近40家通路，未來不排除繼續擴充。新藥威力纖已向大陸國家食品藥物監管總局申請藥證，三年內可望在大陸上市銷售。

阮昭雄表示，以此可合理懷疑，連惠心根本就知道威力纖產品成分，如果自認不是藥物，為何要向大陸申請藥證？

阮昭雄說，台北市長郝龍斌針對胖達人可嚴厲指責，要求相關單位進行調查，為何對菁茵荋悶不吭聲，郝龍斌是不是隱形了？是不是碰到連家就後退？如今菁茵荋其他產品還在網路上販售，他呼籲台北市衛生局應積極抽驗。

剛自美方接收P-3C長程反潛機的屏東439聯隊，爆發電戰大隊戰資官將基地E－2K空中預警機情資售予中共的共諜案，據稱，此事驚動美方透過管道掌握此事，美國在台協會技術組一方面展開輿情蒐集，同時也向空軍表達關切。軍方不但緊急啟動損害管制，保防部門也忙著清查涉案的郝姓戰資官手上到底攜出多少資料，展開內部約談。

國防部上午則表示，空軍郝姓少校涉嫌將軍事機密資訊透過民人交付中共，謀取不法利益，於102年9月25日由臺灣高等法院檢察署高雄分署拘提到案，並聲請羈押獲准。經查此案軍方涉案人員僅郝姓少校一員，外界指「涉案人員可能多達一、二十人」，並非國軍人員。

國防部說，此案是國防部保防安全部門於102年6月獲報郝姓少校言行涉疑，依法執行反情報調查作為，發現另有民人涉案情事，經會同調查局共同偵辦，相關單位同步採取損管措施。

國防部強調，此案已進入司法程序，基於偵查不公開原則，國防部對於相關案情不作任何評論。

國防部強調，為防杜中共對我刺蒐軍情，國防部已持恆強化保密防諜機制，提高官兵危安警覺與敵情意識，反制中共對我滲透竊密，有效維護國軍機密安全。同時呼籲國人，面對當前兩岸交流環境，應時時提高保防警覺，切勿以身試法，並勇於檢舉不法，共同維護國家安全。

據指出，空軍439聯隊第20電戰大隊郝姓少校戰資官，涉嫌將該隊所屬E-2K空中預警機搜集到的資料洩漏「賣」給大陸，高雄高分檢日前以違反國家安全法等罪嫌聲准羈押禁見；懷疑有其他涉案，擴大偵辦。據了解，涉案人可能多達一、二十人，屬集團犯罪，檢方持續查緝中。
