彰化檢方會同衛生局再查出富味鄉公司的3項標榜100%黑麻油的產品，攙入不同比例的黃麻油，頂級黑麻油的黃麻油成分約0.5%，3公升賣700元，特級與高級黑麻油各攙入28%、37%的黃麻油，價格比頂級便宜。業者供稱，完全都是黑麻油，高溫煮沸後，容易產生苦澀味，才會加一點黃麻油調味。衛生局將依標示不實開罰，每件20萬元。

彰化縣衛生局今天查出富味鄉「高級黑麻油」、「特級黑麻油」、「頂級黑麻油」3個品項，標示為純黑麻油，卻攙入0.5%至37%不等的黃麻油混充，今天送食藥署檢驗。

富味鄉公司坦承在24品項內銷食用油品添加棉籽油，彰化縣衛生局昨天與檢方前往富味鄉芳苑廠調查，根據廠方產品配方資料，漏夜清查。

彰化縣衛生局再追出有3款黑芝麻油產品，標示百分百黑麻油，卻攙入0.5%至37%不等的黃麻油混充。包括高級黑麻油混有37%的黃麻油、特級黑麻油混有28%黃麻油、頂級黑麻油混有0.5%黃麻油。

彰縣衛生局長葉彥伯表示，黃麻油是屬食用油的一種，大多為進口，顏色較黑麻油為淡，價格也較便宜。

彰化縣衛生局食品衛生科長林毓芬表示，業者指稱因純黑麻油有苦澀口感，才加入不同比例的黃麻油，避免苦味。

林毓芬指出，今天將3款黑芝麻油送食品藥物管理署檢驗，並將相關資料送新北市府衛生局參考。

台北捷運公司今天表示，淡水站轉乘停車場因應平日與假日汽機車停車需求變化，已從10月21日起，每周一至周五（國定假日除外），透過彈性調撥汽、機車停車格，增加684輛機車停放空間，整體機車停車供給可達1645格，可望有效紓解淡水站周邊非假日機車停車問題。

捷運公司表示，停車場原已調撥57格汽車位，增加456格機車停車位，近期因鄰近區域機車停車空間縮減，導致捷運淡水站周邊機車停車位減少，因此擴大實施彈性調撥。

為加強查緝危害國人健康之黑心食品，民進黨立委尤美女、林淑芬、田秋堇、劉建國與律師顧立雄今天召開記者會呼籲，除應研擬發給第一線稽查人員績效獎金外，也應完備吹哨者保護法制，要求主管機關明文規定民眾之檢舉獎勵辦法，並建立食安基金，以罰金補償受害者，並協助進行訴訟。

民進黨立委將提案修正增列食品衛生管理法第50條、第50條之1規定，完備吹哨者之保護法制，要求主管機關明文規定民眾之檢舉獎勵辦法，由全民共同為食的安全把關。

為落實消費者的求償機制，民進黨立委也建議修正食品衛生管理法第56條規定，將損害與行為間之因果關係的舉證責任倒置，由違反食品衛生管理法相關規定之業者，證明其食品或食品添加物不會造成人體健康危害，而非由消費者舉證。

另外，提案也增列得由地方政府代表人民，提起公益訴訟向業者求償之規定；最後，將現行規定法院酌定實際損害數額之上限，提高為3萬元，以落實對人民權益之保障。

標題[請益] 請問哪邊可以收購換下的車殼零件?

這個問題不是很知道要怎麼搜尋關鍵字~"~ 先前曾經和停在一旁的機車發生擦撞 (他靜止的我撞上去的) 當時力道不大 因為是在轉彎處有些煞車不及 本來就有放慢速度 但還是撞倒對方的車 造成些擦痕 但還是賠了對方 前側車殼板 車燈殼(幾乎沒擦痕) 排煙隔燙板 機車是 Tigra彪虎125的曠野灰 舊的有小擦痕的車板材料 都是一小道擦痕而已 都沒有裂開 對方拆下換新的後 就把舊的還給我 說還可以賣掉 沒有烙碼 不知道永和有沒有機車材料行 或者有人有意收購? 先謝謝大家推文了> ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 60.251.56.79
