心得: 其實北大特區有他的優點, 三峽鶯歌柑園這附近都沒有大型商場, 所以要 去 B&Q 或是家樂福都要往北大走. 北大也有一些店家還不錯, 附近要吃好一點的餐廳可能都集中在那邊 但是一坪喊價 30 萬上下不是魯蛇小弟我負擔的起啦. 八德好一點的物件也是貴到爆... 現在只能當魯蛇啦... -- 魯蛇小弟年收超過 120 萬. 在各仲介大大中是超級買不起房的魯蛇... 謝謝. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.113.22.92

行政院長江宜樺上午表示，黑心油事件是不肖業者造假欺騙社會大眾，並非衛福部長邱文達推動的政策有錯，邱文達盡心盡力全力稽查，他肯定邱文達的辛勞。

江宜樺說，衛福部以推動油安行動政策，要求業者在10月底前聯合切結，11月1日起一周，衛福部將展開全面檢驗，11月8日後若再有標示不實，將直接移送檢調處理，並以最高罰鍰處分業者。他希望透過這個方式，從根本建立安全制度。
