Serena Williams悍勇難擋，第二戰已將晉級門票十拿九穩，她以6-2、6-4擊敗波蘭好手Agnieszka Radwanska，取得二連勝。
當今世界排名第一的Williams，雖橫掃過關，不過第一盤開始碰上了點麻煩，開局屢遭破發危機，艱苦保發後才逐漸掌管戰局。
「她今天肯定是打得很好，但是你知道的，我總是改善一些環節來應對。」Williams賽後表示，其實自己本場發球狀況不理想，不能指望這是一場好的比賽。
被拿下第一盤， Radwanska次盤開局又錯過3個破發點，但穩住陣腳，一度形成3-3局面，但各自保發後，Williams兩度反拍壓制，受壓迫的 Radwanska難以突圍吞下敗仗。
而在白組的比賽中，世界排名第二的Victoria Azarenka，以4-6、3-6敗給排名第七的Jelena Jankovic，爭取四強席次出現變數。 (接下一頁)

前總統李登輝的「生命之旅」今（24）日繼續進行走訪花蓮和宜蘭的行程，上午將前往東華大學演講，下午訪視門諾醫院後，李前總統將首度搭乘「普悠瑪號」前往宜蘭。
儘管90多歲，李前總統的體力相當驚人，昨天一早前往花蓮參觀有機農場和立川漁場後，下午前往玉山神學院和學員們進行座談，一個半小時的演講中，李前總統機幾乎是全程站著，完全沒有休息，座談會直接前往遠來飯店接受花蓮縣長傅崐萁的晚宴款待。
傅崐萁率領花蓮縣政府一級主管宴請李前總統，聲勢浩大，可以說是給足了李前總統面子，傅崐萁致辭時盛讚李是「台灣民主之父」，對台灣的貢獻無人能出其右，「三天三夜都講不完」。李登輝則說，他沒做什麼大事，只是希望民眾能好好生活在這塊土地上而已。
提到花蓮，李登輝說，當年他還在農復會服務時，光復鄉的兩個原住民部落彼此不通婚也不相往來，他當時居中協調，後來才開始往來、通婚，並且有了下一代。此外，包括慈濟醫院、門諾醫院設置時，他都曾經幫忙，此行就是希望瞭解花蓮現在有什麼困難，希望能盡量幫忙。
傅崐萁當場贈送李登輝一尊刻有「登高輝遠」的七彩玉石藝品，以及花蓮著名的蜜香紅茶和米。李登輝則回贈印有「誠實自然」字樣的瓷盤，兩人互動相當熱絡。
李登輝今天繼續花、宜行程，由民進黨立委蕭美琴陪同，晚宴將由宜蘭縣長林聰賢作東，李登輝也將發表一年多來下鄉心得。

國會監聽調閱專案小組決議將調閱檢察總長黃世銘自民國99年上任後的通聯紀錄，恐將連帶讓總統馬英九通聯紀錄曝光，國民黨政策會執行長林鴻池質疑此舉恐有違憲之虞。（圖：資料照）

立法院司法及法制委員會監聽調閱專案小組昨（23）日通過監聽調閱小組運作要點，包括檢察總長黃世銘自民國99年上任後的通聯紀錄，以及進入總統府及官邸會客紀錄文件等，都納入調閱文件的範圍，不過國民黨政策會執行長林鴻池質疑說，依據大法官會議解釋，立法院調查權或調閱權有一定限制，涉及總統部分不應提供，否則調閱總統通聯將有違憲之虞。
監聽調閱小組23日首度開會，對於該調閱哪些資料、內容起了一番爭執，最後做出決議，將調閱「特他字第61號」之卷證，包括監聽聲請計畫書、監聽票、期中報告書、續監聲請書、陳報通知書、完整監聽譯文、所申請的通聯紀錄、原始光碟，以及台北地院102年監通字第000199號卷宗、過去監聽過立院「0972」電話的所有資料、過去7年各地方法院的視察通訊監察執行報告書、特偵組成立以來以「0972」監聽柯建銘的相關資料、黃世銘進出總統府及官邸之紀錄等。
對於調閱小組的決議，恐將讓黃世銘與總統馬英九的通聯紀錄一併曝光，國民黨政策會執行長林鴻池認為此舉不妥，因為五權憲法體制，五院各有職掌要相互尊重，總統除依憲規定到立法院國情報告，或提名相關人等請立法院行使同意權，或立法院行使罷免權、彈劾權外，基本上總統不向立法院負責，立法院無權調閱總統通聯。
林鴻池並表示，依憲法規定行政院向立法院負責，立法院基於調閱文件需要，可據職權行文給黃世銘等相關人員調閱其通聯紀錄，但通聯涉及個人隱私，受到個人資料保護法保障，一旦當事人拒絕，調閱作業恐怕就難以執行。
