【劉嘉韻／台北報導】教育部政務次長陳益興昨遭行政院撤換，教育部長蔣偉寧今稱陳「階段性任務完成」，但多位立委不滿其說法，認為陳益興替政府12年國教免學費政策跳票一事扛責任，如同「台灣版半澤直樹」，有功勞卻被逼退。

立委陳學聖、孔文吉都表示，教育部撤換陳益興的手法粗暴，陳益興推動12年國教有功，卻被無故逼退下台，「行政院對免學費政策無法買單，能夠怪陳益興嗎」。立委蔣乃辛則表示，此事就是「長官的責任下屬扛，下屬的功勞歸長官」，如同台灣版半澤直樹，陳一手推動12年國教，現遭撤換，教育部高層將無人嫻熟12年國教政策。

【胡治言／綜合報導】黃色小鴨移師桃園新屋池塘，原訂今天上午進行充氣，但因天候不佳，充氣時間預計將延到晚間6點。

今日出版的《壹電視》報導，黃色小鴨原訂今天上午5點多要進行充氣，但因現場風速超過7級，已超出安全作業範圍，現場工作人員表示晚間將視天候情況進行作業，風勢如果變小，將進行現場架設充氣，但如果天候依舊不佳，充氣作業將延至明天。

【徐珮君／台北報導】最新一期《壹週刊》報導每9個立委就有1人被監聽，內政部長李鴻源上午在立法院被媒體訪問時疑惑的說，「這個我不清楚，但是我想監聽有一定的要件吧，至於為何被監聽，這個我完全不清楚。 」

媒體詢問李鴻源也曾被監聽，是否覺得很氣憤？李鴻源強調，他相信監聽是施政的國防安全的非常重要的手段，但起碼會要求在警察系統裡，如果監聽一定要遵照所有的法律規範，「這是必要的。」

標題[請問] 投捐款箱的錢 企業能抵稅嗎

標題[閒聊] 新人的態度是什麼?

最近公司在請新人 我們公司都請女生 (因為我要離開了) 來了一個年紀大概40歲左右的姐姐 想要問一下版上覺得這個新人是心機重的人? 還是直腸子的人? 我們分樓上樓下工作環境 所以先學樓上工作 工作由另一個小姐(a)帶她 後來聽(a)說本來工作前2天她就覺得新人有碎唸傾向 還不嚴重 後來2天有許多人應徵 有先請一位妹妹(剛畢業)來試做樓下工作 被新人看到後 這2天工作就變得不積極 有時候該要做的某步驟工作會忘記做 要提醒她 a覺得很多時候新人說話太直讓人不舒服 有時還會讓a想去廁所罵她一下再出來 讓a變得很不喜歡她 覺得她不謙虛也說很多好聽但做出來不怎麼樣 舉例一下 1.她拆一些東西沒有收好 a說沒收好會怎麼樣之類的 她說：那是妳用的吧! (a傻眼..因為從頭到尾都是她自己做的a都沒碰) 2.可能工作累了 新人打哈欠 a沒話題就用開玩笑說：妳累了厚!之類的話 新人馬上回：是妳比較累吧!比我還累的是妳喔! 3.a看到新人手錶很不錯 就跟她說：妳的手錶很漂亮耶!之類的誇她~~(手當然順便摸一下手錶) 新人收回她的手 舉例說如果這樣有可能構成職場性騷擾之類的 然後一段時間一直重覆跟a說職場性騷擾這個話題 a已經快受不了她了 當然還有很多小事和工作一些狀況 然後我就問a 新人知道是我還是妳要走嗎? a說她知道是我要走阿 那我就不懂為什麼這個新人會對一個 將來要在職場一起相處的同事那麼不客氣 那她下來學樓下知道是我要走了 不是要讓我不爽的帶她 這個新人是心機重的人? 還是直腸子的人? 還是狠角色的人? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.165.123.182
