趁母病重移轉房產 長子媳判刑

楊姓夫妻被控趁母親病重時，將母親的房屋變更登記到楊妻名下。最高法院依行使偽造私文書罪判處兩人各8月徒刑定讞。
根據判決書指出，楊男的母親自民國99年4月8日住院起，已無法言語，不能清楚表達意見。楊姓夫妻被控認為有機可乘，由楊男取得母親的國民身分證、印章後，於99年5月21日與妻子辦理變更登記，將楊母位於台北市房屋登記在楊妻名下。
楊姓夫妻於法院審理時否認犯行，辯稱母親曾說要把位於台北市的房屋送給他們的孫子，但因楊男及女兒都有卡債，所以暫時登記在楊妻名下。
法院一審不採信楊姓夫妻的辯詞，依行使偽造私文書罪判處兩人各8月徒刑，楊姓夫妻提起上訴。

各位好 想請教一下大家是否有遇過請假主管不準 小弟離鄉工作 下星期五家裡有事需要回家幫忙 已提前一週於今天 send 電子假單 並向主管當面解釋 但因為公司內部調派 下下禮拜一就要在新單位報到 (內部交接都已經做完，並且都有請交接人簽名) 主管還是認為下禮拜五太敏感 不給我請 請問大家這樣我該怎麼辦? 標題[討論] 鯊魚咬吐司-這是正常的蛋嗎?

今天早上去了士林店的鯊魚咬吐司，點了有太陽蛋的布丁吐司， 食物也滿好吃的，吃到一半的時候不小心看到了蛋的背面都是 一點一點黑黑的，不是燒焦也不是黑胡椒，是一種很純很奇怪 的黑色，請了服務生來看，他沒有把蛋端走，只是走到後面問 廚房，服務生轉達的回應是"這是煎鍋的紋路"，但是我跟他說 這一定是什麼物質附著在上面吧，是油嗎?不然紋路也該是白色 的吧，不過服務生很堅持回答是"不是，這就是煎鍋的紋路" 我最後是不敢吃，好奇想來請問大家，這到底會是什麼呀? 真相: http://ppt.cc/mfac -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 180.176.61.146
