P15F V2 會無預警 忽然關機

平常筆電是放在店裡外接銀幕鍵盤的,
昨天玩Tera忽然無預警關機
銀幕大約1~1.5秒慢慢黑掉，整個關機
之前也遇到過幾次，
但昨天特別嚴重，
一個晚上就好幾次，
後來連只開網頁版candy crush玩到一半忽然很頓，
然後就忽然關機，
原以為是過熱問題，
拿著電風扇直接對電腦吹，
還是一樣，而且摸摸筆電各部位，沒有過熱之虞.
中間有一次重開機時，
連跑安全模式跑一半，就關黑掉關機，
後來想著，會不會是甚麼軟體有相衝，
打烊後打算帶回家裡再測試看看，
還會就重灌看看，
結果這小子完全整我，回家後一切正常，再也沒無預警關機。
(回家後是單機，無外接銀幕使用)

然後，冷靜仔細想想，
是因為在店裡是外接銀幕的關係嗎?

店裡的銀幕最大解析度是1440x900，
所以電腦如果設定大於這個解析度，
銀幕會有超出範圍的訊息，無法正常顯示，
所以，外接銀幕時，電腦上設定的解析度自動跳圍1440x900，
仔細回想，筆電常常自己跳出右下角泡泡"最佳顯示為1920x1080"，
建議我修改，
阿外接銀幕就只能1440x900是要我修改甚麼?
所以我看到這訊息都只是打x關掉，沒理他。

請問，是否需在顯示設定上，進階設定甚麼?
才不會導致這種無預警關機的狀況發生?
有詳細的設定步驟嗎?
還是根本顯示卡哪兒有問題需要送修?

晚點找個一樣是1920x1080的銀幕外接再測試看看

上禮拜六去桃園地標辦了台哥大689配M8鐵灰 當時因為沒貨所以地標幫我用寄的 收到用一天後才發現背後有個降噪用的麥克風孔 但它形狀卻不是完整的橢圓形 是像被異物戳一個洞有點破破的感覺… 因為洞很小我其他手機拍不太清楚 晚點補拍看看 而且那條黑膠線？!不知道怎麼形容這條線… 也不是很平滑，在降噪麥克風那附近的部份特別不平滑，有點殘膠的感覺… 有去門市看其他M8都是很平順且孔是完整的橢圓形 我的M8洞不但沒開好，也比較小洞 請問這樣HTC會給我換嗎? 有打去問過地標，地標說要送原廠鑑定才知道能不能換新… 送去就有好幾天完全沒手機可用…不知道會不會需要很久的時間… 手機排版，傷眼抱歉 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 101.11.51.20 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/MobileComm/M.1430482585.A.FF9.html
