【莊淇鈞／新北報導】昨天晚上8時許，新北市119接獲民眾報案，1輛小黃在板橋區的民生路三段衝上了安全島，車頭冒出陣陣白煙駕駛疑似受困。
 
警消獲報趕抵現場後，駕駛小黃的游姓運匠（約50歲）已經自行爬出車外並未受困，游男向救護人員表示自己身體突然感覺不舒服，一陣暈眩車子就衝上了分隔島。救護人員對游姓運匠作初步的檢傷，其身體只有些許擦傷，但發現其血壓有過低的情形，經游男同意後將他送醫做更詳細的檢查。

【陳冠宇／新北報導】新北市板橋區篤行路一家咖啡廳前晚9時許，黃姓老闆在店內不時聽到貓咪竭力嘶吼的哀叫聲，卻找不到聲音來源，直到10時許顧客發現小貓受困在店前機車內，警消獲報前來，通知住在咖啡廳樓上車主，拆開機車置物箱，順利救出楚楚可憐小灰貓。黃老闆說，與小灰貓也算有緣，說不定還是隻招財貓，會考慮收養。

由三次的失言，可以看出甫上任的法務部長並不適任：一、信仰與公共理由不分；二、瓦解司法調查公信力；三、輕視基本人權。

死刑存廢一直是法務部面臨的重大議題，部長羅瑩雪亦不能迴避。雖然羅宣稱她個人的「在任內就會執行死刑，不會故意拖延」，但是談論到死刑存廢的時候，卻是訴諸個人信仰：「我是佛教徒，希望台灣能廢死」。這是錯誤的。

做為多元的自由社會，台灣的成員包括各個宗教的信徒，各自擁有不同的價值觀。各種公眾議題針鋒相對的理由，必須是公共的理由。死刑亦不例外。羅部長卻在這個社會高度關注的公共議題，不提出公共理由，只訴諸個人信仰，就是公私不分。

監聽案調查涉及政府濫權的疑慮，然而羅部長在調查之前便已公開表態，宣稱監聽不過是「烏龍」。事後調查結果，果然不出外界預期，不過就是「烏龍」，這讓人很難相信前後沒有因果關連。

自由社會中，政府監聽最多是「必要之惡」，如果有更好的替代方案，最好立即廢除監聽。這是因為監聽牽涉憲法保障的基本人權：秘密通訊的自由。然而涉及這麼嚴肅重大的議題，羅部長卻認為「其實她不怕，她沒有什麼隱私」，甚至開玩笑說「她講話小孩子未必愛聽，有人愛聽她講話的話，不是很好嗎？」

這是非常天真的說詞。我不清楚羅部長說自己沒什麼隱私，是不是不介意自己生活起居的畫面、通話的內容全數公開給全國人民。但是如果是涉及她子女每天幾點在哪邊上學、親人在哪邊看病住哪間病房等資訊，相信羅部長就會開始擔心隱私曝光會陷自己與自己所愛的人於各種危險當中。

;我們沒有證據知道羅部長這三次的失言是基於權力的傲慢還是無知。但是我們卻可以清楚知道，如果是基於權力的傲慢，那麼羅部長就不適任；如果是基於無知，那麼這就顯示「她無法說出得體的言論，與她缺乏站在他人立場去設想的能力緊密相關」，而這也顯示羅部長不適任。不適任的部長，應當自行請辭下台。
