簡單結論，遷村遙遙無期。 要地就得處理遷村， 中央有哪個部會腦袋壞了才會來要地。 「大林蒲」遷村 高市府：先找到需地機關(國營事業) (2013/10/16 中廣新聞網 記者林憲源/高雄報導) 高雄市「紅毛港」完成遷村之後，小港 區「大林蒲」是否遷村也引起討論。高雄市副市長劉世芳表示，「大林蒲」被工業區團團 圍住，居住生活環境受到很大的影響，等到條件成熟後，高雄市政府會和中央合作解決這 個問題。經建會已經補助高雄市政府經費來規畫「大林蒲」遷村，但距離計畫成形還很長 遠。(林憲源報導) 小港區的「大林蒲」孤懸在工業區中間，附近包括中油、台電，將來還有「南星計畫區」 、「遊艇產業專區」、「國際貨櫃專用碼頭」，甚至「國道七號計畫」等。夾在工廠和貨 櫃車中間，大林蒲地區的生活環境不佳，居民組成自救會多次陳情。 對於大林蒲遷村之議，高雄市副市長劉世芳表示，市政府會透過民意代表居間協調，廣泛 蒐集大林蒲居民的意見。去年經建會補助高雄市研考會經費，對遷村進行規畫。劉世芳說 從有遷村意願，到完成遷村計畫，需要很長遠的時間。高市府目前的努力方向是要先找到 需地機關，必須先確定是經濟部或交通部所屬的哪個公營企業將來要使用大林蒲這塊地， 再進一步談遷村計畫。 劉世芳說，之前完成紅毛港遷村的高市府官員都還在其位，如果「大林蒲」遷村計畫成熟 ，高市府會和中央合作共同解決遷村問題。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.47.0.27

陳雅倫開腔否認人工受孕

藝人陳雅倫最近不停被指在港進行人工受孕。昨日她終於透過電話接受訪問，開腔否認傳聞。她先力斥報道虛構和捏造，並指事件已交由律師處理，不排除採取法律行動。陳雅倫更有三點事項需要澄清，首先她澄清絕無大肚，其次她強調沒有與李思捷拍拖，第三是她沒有富商男友。陳雅倫又指報道內容缺乏一般常識，她說：「如果在香港接受人工受孕，是需要合法文件去證明給醫生，證明二人是合法夫妻、以及未能夠自然懷孕才可以作人工受孕。」

陳雅倫力斥人工受孕報道虛構和捏造，已交由律師處理。

【林奐成／綜合外電報導】請勿模仿以下缺德行為！美國3名童軍領袖，前天造訪猶他州一個國家公園，期間一人搖動一個名為「小妖精」的石景，不料大石突然斷裂，整座石頭倒下來，嚇得他們大叫。國家公園職員稱，當地的石景有長達2億年的歷史。

《鹽湖城論壇報》報導，這群缺德民眾似乎對破壞石景毫無懊悔，在片中不斷尖叫，還稱自己改變了當地的地形。當局稱，這樣的行為極度不當，正進行刑事調查。

中華職棒年度個人獎項昨天投票，最佳進步獎有7人入圍，新人獎也有5位球員候選，競爭都很激烈，但這兩項個人獎的資格限定不夠周全，未來可能會修改。

今年最佳進步獎有林晨樺、增菘瑋、余德龍、林宗男、郭健瑜、陳凱倫、林恩宇進入候選名單，是入圍人數最多的獎項。

新人獎部分，羅錦龍、陳鴻文、高國輝、郭修延、林瑋恩都是候選人，但羅錦龍、陳鴻文、高國輝具有旅外經驗，提名時引發熱烈討論。

最佳進步獎的遴選標準，都是和前1年比較，但有媒體記者認為，前1年受傷，隔年成績進步機率較大，並不符合獎項本意。

此外，「二年級生」的進步也比較明顯，和最佳進步獎的設置本意有些出入，這些都是未來應該修正資格限制的方向。

依照聯盟現有規定，旅外球員除非有美職大聯盟、日職一軍資歷，加入中職後的第1年都具備新人參選資格。

羅錦龍、陳鴻文、高國輝因此被提名候選，但在客觀的競爭條件上，他們本來就比一般新人更具優勢，也讓這個獎項的立意不盡完善。

中職年度個人獎項由棒球記者負責票選，「棒球記者聯誼會」打算針對獎項資格疑慮提出建議案，但須聯盟討論通過後才能修改。

今年年度MVP入圍球員分別是費古洛、林晨樺、林益全、林泓育，張泰山；頒獎典禮預定總冠軍賽結束後、11月6日在中油國光廳舉行。
