【陳意佳／綜合報導】女星王思平與魏蔓接拍台視、三立偶像劇《回到愛以前》，分別著黑、白芭蕾舞裝較勁，魏蔓詮釋純潔白淨的白天鵝，穿上芭蕾舞裝大秀33D好身材。她們倆在戲中飾演同父異母的姊妹，同是芭蕾舞者，但姊姊王思平忌妒妹妹魏蔓擁有的一切，王思平笑說：「我演心機女，是來耍狠的，想詮釋出不同的層次，希望大家看了會恨得牙癢癢的。」

立法院社環委員會今天初審通過勞動基準法部分條文修正草案，明定童工每週工作不得超過40小時，且童星納入勞基法保障。

現行勞基法規定，禁止雇主僱用未滿15歲以下者，但國民中學畢業或經勞工主管機關認定工作性質及環境無礙身心健康者則例外許可，並準用童工保護規範，每日工時不得超過8小時、例假日不得工作。

不過，提案修法的中國國民黨籍立法委員王育敏表示，主管機關認定標準模糊，且童工保護規範不分對象、一體適用，可能導致5歲幼兒每日可工作8小時的荒謬現象。

王育敏也接獲童星家長陳情，劇組為拍攝，要求6歲童星凌晨4時梳化、6時開拍，連續工作到隔天凌晨2時，工作嚴重超時，且不時聽聞劇組要求童星上陣拍危險鏡頭、寒冬穿短袖泡冷水，或為戲劇效果，故意嚇童星。

她說，按現行規定，童星透過經紀合約從事演藝工作，不屬僱傭關係，不適用勞基法，形成保護童星漏洞。

立法院社會福利及衛生環境委員會初審通過條文授權行政院勞工委員會，依勞工年齡、工作性質及受國民義務教育時間訂定童工工作標準，並明定未滿15歲者透過他人取得工作為第三人提供勞務，或直接為他人提供勞務取得報酬而未有僱傭關係者，也準用童工保護規定，並增訂違規雇主罰則。

初審通過條文也規範，童工每日工作時間不得超過8小時，每週工作時間不得超過40小時，例假日不得工作。
