杭州文博會 故宮文創吸睛

2013中國杭州文化創意產業博覽會（杭州文博會）及首屆兩岸文創產業交流對接會從昨天起至10月20日在杭州白馬湖國際會展中心舉行，共有來自兩岸150家知名文創企業參加。台北故宮博物院近來當紅的文創產品「朕知道了」紙膠帶、「龍藏經」等也在會場展出，吸引大批民眾參觀。

昨天首屆兩岸文創產業交流對接會開幕式，杭州市委書記龔正、大陸全國人大財經委副主任呂祖善、浙江省文化廳長金盛興、兩岸企業家峰會文創組台灣方召集人法藍瓷總裁陳立恆先後代表致辭。

在對接會上來自兩岸的150家知名文創業者以項目推介會、自由對接、專題對接會等形式進行產業對接。對接會後，成功對接項目將在11月初的南京兩岸紫金山峰會期間進行合作簽約。

26家台灣文創業者在杭州文博會「兩岸四地精品創意館」─精緻生活美學品牌專區，展示台灣文創產品。

在杭州文博會期間，會場還設立兩岸四地文創精品展，展區約4000平方米（台灣共有26家業者參展，展區達2000平方米），展出台灣、香港、上海、杭州四地知名文創品牌產品，包括：陶瓷、金雕、家裝家飾、創意商品、插畫、與茶相關的衍生品牌等與日常生活緊密相連的文創領域，除了靜態的精品展示，更有多項動態展演活動。

例如: 台灣原創館的「陶作坊」品牌，以「展場即劇場」的跨界手法，表演最新作品「Tea party-慢‧漫」，精緻生活美學專區謝曼女士現場畫法揮毫表演、台灣文創品牌人才招聘會等活動。

同時，台灣展商也帶來很多在杭州首次亮相的大師作品展，如: 向日畫廊段安國皮雕藝術展、觀喜堂及佐茶佑玉推出玉雕大師劉榮宗、吳德升及天工獎玉雕大師易少勇、于涇和闐仔玉玉雕聯展、玩銀工坊鐘維文銀飾展、YEWN翁狄森窗花系列珠寶展等。

此外，台灣紫藤蘆、自慢堂、醇品雅集、大藝好茶、玩銀工坊等都帶來具有創意的茶具、茶葉及茶點。

值得一提的是，設計「朕知道了」紙膠帶的台灣知音文創企業，還在現場推出印有「蘇堤春曉」紙膠帶、「雷峰夕照」紀念本等具有杭州當特色的文創產品，提供給杭州民眾。

黃金避險地位失色！NationsShares：VIX成新寵

黃金的避風港地位最近黯然失色，過去兩週美國政府關門、債務可能違約等利空滿天飛，但金價自10月初以來卻仍下挫逾3%。分析人士指出，以資金流向來看，芝加哥選擇權交易所(CBOE)用來衡量市場恐慌氣氛的波動率指數(VIX)似乎成為投資人愛用的避險新寵。

CNBC 16日報導，指數開發商NationsShares總裁兼執行長Scott Nations在接受「Squawk Box」專訪時表示，隨著全球市場日益虛擬化，投資人在動盪中將實體原料商品當成保值或避險標的的需求也逐漸下滑，而在美國，VIX等波動指數已成為民眾想對「末日事件」避險時的最佳選擇。

VIX可衡量市場對未來30天股市波動程度的期望值，當人們預期市場會有短期震盪時，就會作多該項指數，並在預期實現時獲利了結。VIX與標準普爾五百指數呈現反向走勢，在股價下跌時，VIX通常會被投資人視為有效的避險工具。彭博社報價顯示，VIX在10月1-8日期間總計大漲了22.53%、8日當天更攀升至20.34點，之後就開始回軟，至16日美國躲過違約險境時便跌回14.71點。

Nations指出，在10月8日當天，VIX選擇權的交易量衝高至178萬口，而10月16日成交量也高達124萬口，皆遠高於過去30日的平均日成交量(60萬口)。

不過，瑞穗銀行資深經濟學家Vishnu Varathan表示，雖然他也對黃金的避風港地位失去信心，但不確定VIX是否仍取代黃金成為躲避全球經濟風險的工具。Varathan說，VIX只與標準普爾五百指數密切相關，恐怕無法確切反映其他新興市場的變化。

曾在6月底金價跌至本波低點之際喊出「黃金最壞狀況可能已過」的《加特曼投資通訊(The Gartman Letter)》創始人及主編、知名經濟學家加特曼(Dennis Gartman)也要大家知道，黃金其實不是大眾所誤認的避風港。

CNBC、International Business Times報導，加特曼23日在ETF暨基金理財網站IndexUniverse.com舉辦的第六屆「Inside Commodities」會議上指出，黃金根本不是避風港，會這麼說的人要不是自以為懂很多、就是騙子，因為避風港不會在一天之內出現2%的波動。

我今天下午收到兩位不認識的人送來中檔魚糧,但名稱沒看過,照片地方也反白

查看臉書也沒這兩位的帳號名稱(排除更改帳號名稱的可能??)

消息中心中其他魚友索送都能正常顯示照片,只有這兩位照片是反白的,我不知道是誰

這跟伺服器維修有關係嗎?

還是我電腦或臉書有問題?

有人也遇到這情況嗎?

CPU: E5300 MB : P5QL-E RAM: 2G*2 Power : 500W VGA: GTS450 玩遊戲時有點卡，特效也不能開，所以想升級一下， 因為顯示卡跟POWER去年掛掉換過， 所以目前比較想換個CPU&主機板&RAM， 預算大約一萬上下， 另外想問一下，我目前是用Window7 32bit 如果重灌64bit的作業系統， D槽內的檔案還能使用嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.169.82.110

【曾伯愷／新北報導】債臺高築劫財未遂！新北市三重區一名41歲程姓男子，因經商失敗而向當舖借貸近百萬元周轉，卻無力支付每個月高達8萬元的利息。走投無路的程男竟心生歹念，於本週二下午闖進鄰居一名92歲老嬤家行搶。他先將老嬤綑綁於藤椅上，隨後在屋內翻箱倒櫃並拿走3本農會存摺及數顆印章，隨後替老嬤鬆綁並衝回住處換衣。
 
程男離開後，阿嬤打電話向農會止付，並向派出所報案。程男隨後拿著存摺進到農會向櫃檯說「我是阿嬤的姪子，要怎樣領錢。」怎知櫃檯向程男說「她已經止付了！」程男一聽直接奪門逃逸。警方獲報根據監視器索定程姓嫌犯，在程男住處埋伏數天，昨晚近8時將他逮捕到案，訊後依強盜罪嫌將程男移送法辦。

B4ba09b2a420d0a9cc9d9001bff2e080 大家都知道在Google瀏覽器瀏覽網頁時，如果遇到想搜尋的關鍵字，只要直接反白選取後按右鍵，便能從快速選單中使用Google進行關鍵字搜尋。如果希望除了Google外，也能利用快速選單在其他搜尋引擎中進行搜尋，那就趕快看看怎麼做到的吧！

1.
開啟Google瀏覽器後，連至「http://goo.gl/8KvER」，開啟頁面後，點選右上角的「加到CHROME」進行「Context Search」擴充功能套件的安裝。
 

2.安裝完成後，點選Google瀏覽器右上角的設定功能表，並從下拉選單點選「工具」→「擴充功能」。 

3.接著在「擴充功能」頁面中，點選「Context Search」項目的「選項」。 

4.此時會開啟「Context Search Perferences」頁面，即可在「URL」中輸入要搜尋的網址，完成後按下「Save」，按下右下角的「Add new」可以增加新的項目。

 

5.完成設定後，只要在瀏覽網頁時，將要搜尋的關鍵字反白選取，右下角就會出現一個小箭頭，點選小箭頭會出現下拉選單，即會列出剛才設定的搜尋項目。 


6.選擇其中一個搜尋引擎，即會在新分頁中開啟搜尋的結果。

日本料理店冒黑煙　老闆夫婦後陽台驚逃

【陳冠宇／新北報導】凌晨2時許，板橋國慶路發生一起住宅火警，屋主及其妻子一度受困三樓屋內，所幸警消及時抵達，破壞後陽台鐵窗將兩人救出。

板橋消防分隊小隊長陳建富表示，現場為3層樓建築物，1、2樓作為日本料理餐廳使用，3樓為老闆夫婦住處，起火點位於一樓吧台旁的冰箱附近，疑似為電線走火釀禍；警消破壞一樓鐵門進入後，約5分鐘內將火勢撲滅，燃燒面積約2坪，何姓屋主(53年次)及其姚姓妻子(52年次)皆輕微嗆傷，送醫後已無大礙。
