【徐珮君／台北報導】因過去發生國防部軍情局上校羅奇正共諜案，判處無期徒刑，但同案雙面諜羅斌因不具軍人身分僅判刑3年半，軍民刑度差異過大，行政院會通過《國家情報工作法》修正草案，加重非軍職人員從事間諜行為刑度，最高可處12年以下有期徒刑，以達嚇阻及防範目的。

草案也明定，情報人員身為國家公務員，友對國家忠誠及保密義務，如故意觸犯洩漏或交付資訊、刺探、收集或交付資訊等行為，將加重其刑至二分之一；同時，因境外從事情報所承受危險較重，修法也限定在「境外」從事情報工作造成傷殘、死亡，才予以醫療補助、慰問金及撫卹金。

此外，因應影像圖資情報必須使用衛星等設備蒐集，涉及多個相關單位，草案增訂國安局應訂定辦法，統合政府機關有關影像、圖資情報管制、研發等，並定期召開協調會報。

標題[找回憶] 莊敬國小後門的變化

我是個30多歲的大叔了 小時候住在三民區的莊敬路 大概是民國71-79年間吧 到了國中一年級的時候就搬離了那個區域了 記得小學三、四年級的時候，老爸幫我新買了一台腳踏車 只要下課後，功課寫完就腳踏車騎著往莊敬國小的後門跑 (奇怪，我明明是讀鼎金國小的) 重點來了...... 印象中，莊敬國小後門出去，有一個大斜坡，大斜坡結束後會有一條小橋 大叔我小時候還常在那條小排水溝裡抓魚 直到某一次工廠排放廢水，親眼見到水裡面的魚全翻肚.... 而再過去有一大塊空地，空地上面有好幾堆堆了大概3層樓的黑沙(準備蓋房子用的) 一群小朋友都在上面滑沙、玩土、直到太陽下山..... 這是我童年的部份回憶 (其他還有好多，我根本像野孩子一樣) 雖然搬離了20幾年，也不是說沒去過那一帶 只是沒有去注意到兒時回憶的變化 (畢竟經過時總是走大昌路或明誠路，不會特地繞進去裡面) 直到前陣子陪老婆去那一帶找朋友 發現.....怎麼全不一樣了，小時後的斜坡勒(是現在哪裡？) 小時候的排水溝勒(加蓋後是原來的哪裡？) 原本玩沙的空地蓋了哪一棟房子，或者變成哪一條路..... 我怎樣都想不起來也串連不起來 有沒有跟我差不多同年紀而一直住在那附近的強者可以幫我補回憶的 感恩~~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.254.191.246

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】英國大文豪莎士比亞的傳世名作《羅密歐與茱麗葉》，以義大利北部城市維若納(Verona)當作故事背景，當地衍生出著名旅遊景點「茱麗葉的陽台」，每年吸引數以百萬計遊客參觀，陽台下豎立著茱麗葉的銅像，相傳只要撫摸她的右胸，就會帶來好運，但被摸了許多年，茱麗葉再經不起遊客的摧殘，右胸穿了一個洞。

不少前來遊覽的遊客，都會在茱麗葉銅像前拍照留念，而「撫摸右胸」幾乎是指定動作，現在茱麗葉的右胸已被「摸穿」，出現一個像是被子彈射穿的洞。當地的茱麗葉俱樂部呼籲，政府應該盡快展開修復工作，以防止銅像進一步受到破壞。

【李定宇／新北報導】新北市勞工局今天舉行防制就業歧視微電影頒獎典禮，得奬者從百餘位參賽者中脫穎而出，社會組「不沉默的辦公室」以擬人化手法將辦公室物品比喻成員工，一同群起對抗惡劣主管，因為題材新穎、影片節奏明快，男主角精湛的演技也讓評審留下深刻印象，讓該片獲得第1名與最佳男主角兩項大獎。
 
學生組「鳳凰落『業』」描述一位身心障礙者求職的過程，影片樸實卻感動人心，「本片編、導、攝影、剪接均屬上乘」，評審給予本片高度肯定，一致通過成為第1名。

配合財政部「網路交易課稅專案小組」，海關表示，快遞貨物報關前，業者需逐案檢附進口人委託書查驗。

台北關表示，為防杜跨國網路交易以「化整為零」、「高價低報」方式漏洞，財政部已組成「網路交易課稅專案小組」加強稽核。快遞報關業者辦理報關手續時，應確實依據快遞貨物通關辦法第17條規定，逐案檢附委託書或向海關申請免逐案檢附，自行編號裝定成冊，並妥善保管六個月，供海關隨時查核。

海關強調，如涉有虛報情事且報關業者無法證明其確受委託報關者，應由報關業者負虛報責任。
