呂秀蓮26日將宣布參選台北市長

民進黨有意角逐台北市長寶座者再添一人！前副總統呂秀蓮10月26日下午2點，將在台北市228公園舉辦「台北的美麗與哀愁，遊園新夢午會」活動，屆時將以「光復首都」為口號，正式宣布參選台北市長。

呂秀蓮幕僚受訪證實，呂將在下周六宣布參選，成為立委許添財、律師顧立雄、台大醫師柯文哲之後，民進黨第四位表態投入台北市長選戰的人。

推廣ETF 徵動畫高手

台灣證券交易所廣邀各界動畫創作者，為指數股票型基金 (ETF)動腦筋，即日起至年底徵求動畫，希望藉由活潑生動的動畫傳播，讓投資大眾更加了解ETF。

證交所表示，幫助投資大眾對 ETF有更深一層的認知及了解，進而將這項金融商品納入投資選項，將陸續推出 ETF推廣及宣導系列活動；本次動畫的創作主題，可以包括ETF介紹、特性、交易方式、投資ETF好處、如何挑選ETF及如何查詢ETF相關資訊等全部或部分內容。

證交所規定，活動可以個人或組隊方式報名參加，參選作品規範為3至5分鐘電腦動畫創作，2D、3D或flash等類型不拘，統一以MPEG4格式壓縮，解析度720x480像素以上的NTSC規格；最後將甄選出6件優秀作品，包括前3名及佳作3名，頒與獎勵金及獎狀，最高獎金新台幣10萬元。

證交所指出，獲獎優秀作品將會安排在證交所網站及投資人知識網播放，並會透過社群網站與投資大眾共同分享。

Square Cash ：發封郵件，錢就轉到別人帳戶了

5adc3a61aefe9f7fbb3a00deb9e0321b 在我們漸漸習慣網路轉帳、第三方支付平台轉帳後，Square 正在探索新的玩法。近日該公司在美國市場正式推出了一項新服務 Square Cash——使用者透過發送電子郵件就可以轉帳給其他人。

據 AllThingsD 介紹，想要轉帳的使用者第一次使用 Square Cash 需要將電子信箱與Debit Card卡連結起來，然後輸入收款人郵箱位址並在副本欄填上「cash@square.com」，而轉帳金額則填在郵件主旨欄。對方若是第一次收到轉帳郵件，那麼就會被提示要去把自己的Email和Debit Card 也連結起來。整個過程完成後，資金就成功轉過去了。

Square Cash 曾於今年 5 月進行內部測試，當時只有收到邀請的用戶才有資格提前感受這項服務。

公司產品經理 Brian Grassadonia 告訴 CNET，Square Cash 不收取手續費，也不要求雙方擁有 Square 帳號。

Square Cash 目前限定用戶每週最多可以轉帳 2500 美元，資金會在一、兩天內抵達收款方銀行帳戶。Grassadonia 表示，該服務目前完全免費，不過未來可能會增加收費的增值服務。

Square Cash 服務不僅可以在網頁端使用，其對應的 iOS、Android app 也已經上線。

MLB裡某些球員因為性格怪異或脾氣暴躁和隊友之間的互動相處並不是很好 比較嚴重的甚至會直接對罵或大打出手........ 嚴重影響球隊的氣氛....... 像是已經退役MLB史上HR最多的2壘手J.Kent 就是位很著名個性怪異的人和隊友都處不好........ 另外BB爺長久以來也都和媒體的關係很緊張非常痛恨媒體 然後 C.Zambrano 也是因為脾氣太糟糕了和隊友經常發生衝突 不得已才被小熊給送走........ 不然以他的實力應該在MLB能夠生存的就是脾氣太糟糕了...... A.J. Pierzynski 也是和所有人都處不好.......   • 鄭弘儀將復出？（圖／《新新聞》周刊提供）

去年五月底黯然離開三立電視《大話新聞》的鄭弘儀，下周將在八大電視台再掌政論節目主持棒；預定為周一至五、每次播出一小時的帶狀節目，以討論時事為主。八大對此則保密到家，表示一無所悉。

目前細節雖還在討論，但憑鄭弘儀過去累積的深厚實力，與支持者對《大話》戛然而止的不甘，且政局紛亂、選舉將臨，他的復出勢將攪亂電視圈及政壇一池春水。
然而，三立與八大經營背景類似，也令人擔心鄭弘儀的新節目最後會不會走上跟《大話》一樣的路。

「中國因素」也會影響八大

外界認為，走過十年的《大話》停播，與三立想讓自製戲劇進軍中國、卻遭中國廣電總局審核多次卡住有關。《大話》固定來賓鍾年晃也在其著作《我的大話人生》透露：「二○一二年總統大選前後，三立都有派人到北京與高層繼續磋商戲劇事宜，對方此時已失去耐心，一再暗示必須『處理』《大話新聞》。」

而一九九七年由已故影視大亨楊登魁創辦的八大電視，設有八大戲劇、第一台、綜合台及娛樂K台。八大除長期買入大量韓劇、偶像劇，並推出數十部自製偶像劇，是台灣偶像劇外銷數量及國家最多的電視公司，也常與韓國合製戲劇，輸出地包括香港、新加坡、馬來西亞及中國等。包括《惡作劇之吻》、《花樣少年少女》及《我可能不會愛你》等數部自製台劇都成功進軍中國。

而隨著中國「優酷」、「土豆」等網路電視興起，八大也將《原來是美男》及《終極一班》系列等自製戲劇版權賣出，在中國點擊率動輒上億，另闢財源。

不僅如此，八大原經營者國際私募基金安博凱及楊登魁等股東，也於二○一一年將全部股份，以六十億元賣與瑞典私募基金殷拓集團的大中華基金II，而股東之一、八大總經理林柏川，已計畫加強進軍亞洲，勢將更重視中國市場。

殺入百家爭鳴的晚間節目

也就是說，在八大的經濟命脈與中國相連甚深的情況下，可以肯定的是，鄭弘儀將為新節目風格與八大有一番折衝。

除了中國問題，鄭弘儀也要與晚間百家爭鳴的政論節目競爭。據尼爾森收視調查，目前表現較好者包括平均收視率一％出頭的三立《新台灣加油》，及在○‧六至○‧七％擺盪的年代《新聞面對面》與《新聞追追追》；至於TVBS老牌節目《二一○○全民開講》，已連換李濤、董智森兩任主持人，收視率慘澹不已，只有○．三至○．五％，且收視群眾不同，對鄭弘儀並不構成威脅。 (接下一頁)

台北市議員阮昭雄16日表示，國民黨榮譽主席連戰長女連惠心所代言的健康食品「威力纖Plus」，疑似添加了偽禁藥Cetilistat（西替利斯他），食用後恐引發腸躁、脹氣、排泄失禁等副作用，該藥品在日本、英國，還在進行臨床試驗，如今在台灣上市，等同把消費者當白老鼠。

阮昭雄表示，日前接獲民眾爆料，將威力纖送至昭信化驗標準檢驗公司檢驗，發現裡頭Cetilistat（西替利斯他）部分，竟然呈陽性反應，且該公司的其他產品如芙渭、夏娃、神農元氣等，過去也因廣告不實遭衛生局開罰。

阮昭雄呼籲衛生局務必嚴查，菁茵荋生物科技公司從2008年就開始販售「威力纖Plus」，是否長期放任廠商，把消費者當白老鼠。

台北市衛生局食品藥物管理處長邱秀儀表示，將依程序調查，採樣化驗威力纖，若真的發現禁藥，可依《藥事法》對負責人處10年以下有期徒刑、得併科1000萬以下罰金，此外販售、供應商，也可依該法處7年以下徒刑、500萬以下罰金。

面對指控，連惠心委任律師方文萱出面駁斥，除了拿出SGS國際檢驗中心的證明，強調產品裡頭沒有中西藥、重金屬成分，另外也質疑議員所委託的檢驗單位，恐怕沒有能力精確的檢驗裡頭成分。

菁茵荋公司總經理曾心怡也補充，SGS也無法檢測出產品裡頭有Cetilistat，不解為何議員所找的檢驗公司有辦法驗出，且該公司採購都是天然食品，很可能裡頭成分與Cetilistat類似，若是如此就不能說是違法添加。
