【張芳榮／台北報導】台北市1名張姓退役軍官於去年11月病逝，他的兒子因為父親在外積欠上百萬債務，因此拋棄繼承權。之後，在整理父親遺物時，發現1把銀行保管箱鑰匙，到銀行要求查看保險箱時，卻遭到銀行拒絕。

今天上午警方、國稅局人員到銀行清點保管箱財物時，竟發現藏有45制式手槍、點22制式手槍和掌心雷改造手槍，和95發子彈，其中20發是威力強大的達姆彈。
警方勘驗槍彈，赫然發現，其中45制式手槍，疑自軍中流出，不排除是張姓軍官退伍時從軍中攜出。

【楊忠翰／台北報導】台北市廣州街今天下午5時許發生銀樓搶案！年約30歲的男子假借購買金飾為由，趁著老闆未注意時，拿起手邊的金項鍊就往店外跑，並騎上紅色機車朝西園路方向逃逸，老闆和其餘2名攤販從後追趕，無奈徒步難敵兩輪，嫌犯轉進桂林路後便消失無蹤。

許姓銀樓老闆表示，歹徒身著白色T恤、鐵灰色短褲及涼鞋，他先是表明要看金項鍊，看完後又表示欲更換墜頭，人卻不斷朝著門口走，當時店面大門敞開，他便拔腿朝外飛奔。許老闆還說這條金項鍊是2兩重，價值約11萬，遭歹徒搶走讓他損失慘重。警方正擴大調閱路口監視器範圍，並積極追緝嫌犯下落。

　訪談過程中，陳委員特別提出，推動募兵制與兵力結構及國家安全息息相關，相關事務絕非僅是國防部一個單位的事；如何激勵並行銷軍人的社會形象及專業能力，進而吸引優秀青年加入國軍，更有賴政府跨部會間的密切協調合作，才能完成役政改革的目標。

（軍聞社記者郭家良臺北十六日電）國防部副部長嚴德發上將今天主持國防部政務辦公室主任任職布達交接暨授勳典禮時，期勉該室全體同仁，秉持認真負責和犧牲奉獻的精神，淬勵奮發，持續推展國防政務。

　嚴副部長上午在國防部忠愛營區主持原任主任何安繼中將及新任主任柏鴻輝少將交接典禮，在完成印信交接、宣誓後，代表國防部長嚴明頒授原任主任何中將四等雲麾勳章，表彰其任內卓越功績。

　嚴副部長指出，政務辦公室在歷任主任帶領與同仁的努力下，建立良好工作倫理與優良傳統，除負責處理總統府、行政院、立法院，以及監察院交辦、交議的案件外，並掌管國防部政務協調、會議管制、民人陳情、文書檔案、營繕服務、補保運輸、聯合軍禮及警衛勤務等業務，是推動國防政策連繫及整合的樞紐；因此，期許全體同仁要發揮「團結、紀律、安全、效率」的態度，以圓滿達成各項任務。

　嚴副部長強調，政務辦公室肩負「博愛分案」新建工程接管與國防部搬遷進駐等任務，規模為國軍歷年來工程之冠，應以專案管理的方法，規劃編組及權責分工，按計畫期程管制各階段工作進度，確保遷駐順遂。

　新任政務辦公室主任柏鴻輝少將，空軍官校七十年班畢業，先後完成三軍大學空軍指揮參謀學院及戰爭學院等深造教育，曾任空軍戰管聯隊聯隊長、國防部國會處處長、駐美軍事代表團團長、空軍司令部副督察長、政戰主任等要職。
