http://news.housefun.com.tw/news/article/21447744698.html 經濟部推動全台陽光屋頂百萬座，以優惠電價收購鼓勵在頂樓裝設太陽能發電板，並要求 公家機關帶頭示範，彰化縣鄉鎮公所評估投資報酬率，都興趣缺缺，申設數掛零。 經濟部先前補助太陽能發電等相關器材及保固，陽光屋頂百萬座計畫改變獎勵辦法，以優 惠電價收購替代補助設備與保固。和美鎮長王水川說，太陽能發電板等設備不便宜，鎮公 所須自籌財源和編列預算，用賣給台電的電價分年攤提「投資成本」，很不划算。 政府持續辦理太陽能光電示範設置計畫，97年度到去年度補助器材和保固，彰化縣政府及 附屬機關、鄉鎮公所到國中、小學校共45處設置，申設情形和現在相比，堪稱相當踴躍。 過去5年內，縣政府以身作則，在側門機車停車棚、第一辦公大樓的六樓、頂樓都裝設太 陽能發電板，多數鄉鎮公所把太陽能發電板做到新建攤販市場頂樓、村里社區活動中心頂 樓，也有搭建在新建納骨塔頂樓。 新獎勵辦法實施後，許多鄉鎮公所大打退堂鼓。伸港鄉公所辦公大樓是全縣第一幢綠建築 ，也是台電「敦親睦鄰」回饋對象，無意自編預算裝設太陽能板，更不打算在頂樓裝設變 成「陽光屋頂」。 伸港鄉公所主任秘書曾書銘表示，頂樓裝太陽能板會遭遇強風、鑽孔固定造成日後漏水等 風險，而且以目前投資報酬率來看，恐怕回收不易。 二水鄉公所代理鄉長董孟治說，太陽能發電雖能賣電給台電，但是否能收支平衡是個問題 ，鄉公所財源有限，除非中央全額補助器材、架設及維修費用，獲得鄉民代表會通過才能 實施。大城鄉長吳明玉覺得鄉公所頂樓的太陽能發電「還不錯」，是否鄉公所自費增設還 要評估。 太陽能光電業者張呈瑞興建三座再生能源精緻農業廠房，最新的一座剛完工，1400坪屋頂 架設太陽能發電板，每年發電可賣739萬元，預計最快6年回收。 張呈瑞說，只要善用專業人力，太陽能發電還是獲利不錯，政府機關應帶動民間發展這項 再生能源。 經濟部推動全台陽光屋頂百萬座，以優惠電價收購鼓勵在頂樓裝設太陽能發電板，並要求 公家機關帶頭示範，彰化縣鄉鎮公所評估投資報酬率，都興趣缺缺，申設數掛零。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 125.230.234.241

藝人鳳小岳日前在士林被讀者目擊因見街友的鞋破爛不堪，當眾捐出自己的球鞋，再率性地穿著襪子過馬路離開，他的善行經《蘋果》報導曝光，受到多數網友讚賞，卻也有少數網友質疑「愛心演很大」。《蘋果》今到士林找到這位被網友形容穿著有型的「台版犀利哥」街友，他腳上果然還穿著鳳小岳所送的球鞋。街友還原當天受鞋過程說：「我不跟他拿，他一直要我穿起來，我很感動。」但並不知道捐鞋給他的人是電影明星。

【劉志原╱台北報導】作詞家李坤城指控音樂人羅大佑，擅將其作詞的《心肝寶貝》等6首台語歌曲，重製成為電腦點歌伴唱機、歌譜、光碟對外販售，向羅大佑求償40萬餘元，57歲的李坤城今帶著17歲小女友林靖恩到台北地院出庭後說，最近與女友一起讀書，過一陣子會將2人的愛情故事出書。
 
李坤城指控羅大佑違反著作權法案，日前台北地檢署調查後認為，罪證不足，已處分不起訴；民事部分昨開庭，羅大佑未親自出庭，他透過律師表示，刑事已不起訴，代表沒侵權。

【林浩昇／台北報導】賓士S-Class豪華旗艦房車，過去在國內深受企業老闆級買家青睞，而隨著德國原廠，在5月推出全新車型，台灣賓士也以最快時間導入，並在今（16）晚正式發表新車。由於是賓士品牌指標性意義車款，S-Class每次改款都挹注了不少當代頂尖科技，且在同集團和勞斯萊斯（Rolls-Royce）對抗的邁巴赫（Maybach）超高級車品牌收山後，賓士更企圖讓新S-Class產品陣線再往上提升，期望滿足金字塔頂端消費者的用車需求。
全新S-Class今日發表後，將提供4種車型選擇，並僅提供長軸車型。入門款為搭載3.0升V6柴油引擎的S350 BlueTEC，售價458萬元起，直接殺入500萬元內門檻。至於主攻節能的S400 Hybrid則為535萬元，搭載3.0升V6雙渦輪引擎的S400，售價則是571萬元，至於頂級使用4.7升V8雙渦輪引擎的S500，售價則是752萬元起，並均搭載7速手自排變速箱。
根據車商表示，由於賓士新S-Class陸續在全球上市後反應熱烈，因此今年底前僅取得約300輛配額，但截至目前為止全台展間已接獲約200張訂單，4種車型分佔總量的1/4比例，顯見客群分布相當平均，但對於市井小民來說，這種旗艦車的售價依然是高不可攀。
這次S-Class的獨步創新科技，包括全車捨棄了傳統鹵素燈泡，改用更節能的LED燈組，而為拉攏買家精心鋪陳的車艙，則使用了12.3吋的大型電子液晶儀錶，此外原廠更導入車壇僅見的車內香氛系統，以及熱石按摩座椅，COMAND Online多媒體系統則提供更進階的娛樂享受。

　倒閣案剛遭立院否決，近日坊間又傳出，年底台北市長郝龍斌將被任命為閣揆，取代現任行政院長江宜樺重新組閣。今天下午議員莊瑞雄在議會提出質詢，問郝龍斌是不是將「落跑」。

　郝龍斌表示，「這是不可能的事」，身為北市長，現在想的也是要與議員與民眾一起打拚台北市政。郝龍斌還反問莊瑞雄，「議員不是才要落跑去選屏東縣長（應為立委）」？

　莊瑞雄反譏，「你可以跑，我怎麼不行」，表示一定會追著郝龍斌跑。

立法院經濟委員會今天初審通過多名立委提出的離島建設條例修正草案，其中立委陳雪生、簡東明等提案修正第十六條，要求未來離島建設基金金額不足一百億元時，由中央政府編列預算補足，但該案保留院會朝野協商。

不過，陳雪生提案修正第十二條之一通過，將離島地國民教育初聘教師應服務年數，從四年延長到六年以上。另外，修正離島建設條例第九條也通過，讓離島居民可向政府購回戰時被強制徵收的土地。
