內政部營建署今天到台南辦「全國區域計畫」公聽會，環盟等團體在公聽會開會前舉標語抗議，要求內政部進行政策環評及不得公告。聽證會中，與會環保團體批全國區域計畫草案，刪除活動斷層兩側限制開放，將使民眾買房子戰戰兢兢。

營建署強調全國區域計畫依規定無須政策環評，但將與環保署研議，確認辦理方式，納為後續規劃。另斷層問題，為確保建築安全，在申請建築執照時仍應符合相關建築法規，因此並不會有影響。
