美國股市周四受到共和黨將債務上限到期上調六周，美股四大股指數大漲逾2%，而台灣馬王國慶日也連握五次手，美台政治僵局出現破冰，台新投顧董事長吳火生分析，不排除台股今天上漲近百點慶祝、突破今年高點8,439點可期。

吳火生指出，儘管上周初領失業救濟金人數大增6.6萬人至37.4萬人，超過市場預期的31.2萬人，但是新增人數增加原因一是加州電腦系統轉換，二是政府局部關門影響，因此美股周四收盤並不反應此一利空，而是針對共和黨決定以無條件方式將債務上限到期上調六周寬限期。

此外，葉倫在無意外狀況下提名為下任聯準會主席，由於葉倫與現任主席柏南克同為鴿派，因此聯準會公開市場委員會FOMC下周的會議，估計仍是不調整量化寬鬆QE政策，因此美國道瓊指數跌破頸線14,760點危機暫告化解，已開盤的日韓股市均以1%漲幅同表慶賀。

台股方面，國慶典禮上馬總統與立法院長王金平五度握手，釋出二人和解訊號，也讓「政治利空」在台股也跟著消除，吳火生說，雖然民進黨提出倒閣，但民進黨內部大老對此意見不一，而且倒閣連署不易過關，因此此一議題估不影響台股走勢。

外資方面，周三外資買超34億元，選擇權則增加淨空單8,438口，顯示外資對台股偏多，但力道仍不強，換言之，外資應仍在觀察美國後續動態，而且美國政府局部關門進入第11天，吳火生認為，由於至今美國兩黨並未提到預算案的問題，但關門過久也會出現問題，這是下周影響國際市場的另一個需要關注的問題。

類股上，金融股在周三成交比重再上升至16%，創下今年3月中以來最高，不過金融股成交比重到20%以上才屬過熱，而且馬統在國慶典禮上大聲倡議加快台灣的自由經濟示範區的發展速度，也讓金融股繼續成為近日大盤主流。

此外，9月營收中終見蘋果概念股指標鴻海（2317）表現出乎市場意料地好，顯示蘋果新機拉貨效能也將延續、電子下游表現可以回頭留意；台積電（2330）也表現佳，而台積電法說將在17日舉行，如何為台灣電子產業表現定調值得觀察，但今年已將近終了，估計電子上游的「明年夢」在11月起展開。

因此在電子股仍退居二線下，吳火生認為，金融傳產在下周起輪番擔綱大盤主流，指數並以季線8,100點做支撐，往8,500點繼續上行，消息面上則是繼續留意美國政局變化。

Jessica C.、袁嘉敏、曾國祥及伍允龍等將為台灣導演錢人豪開拍的喪屍電影《Zombie Fight Club》赴台灣開工，昨日劇組在尖沙嘴凱悅酒店宣傳，現場播放有關演員參與造型時的性感片段，尺度露骨。
JC首次擔任電影女主角，飾硬朗打女的她要保持身形線條，還稱今次的性感與過往有異：「唔係平時見到我一面，有啲似安琪蓮娜祖莉。」JC與曾國祥演情侶，還有一幕被企圖強姦戲，JC表示有向男友講解，但沒詳細交代：「希望套戲出咗嚟佢仲係我男朋友啦！」此外，擔任動作指導的伍允龍，心痛日前拍劇受傷的鍾嘉欣。

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】美國總統歐巴馬今日再度和共和黨籍的眾議院議長貝納會面，雙方在會後皆稱會談順利，但仍沒有最終定案，聯邦政府關門的問題恐怕還不能解決。

這場會談約進行90分鐘，共和黨提議暫時提高舉債上限六周，以化解美國政府恐怕最快下周就會有債務違約的危機。但《紐約時報》指出，歐巴馬拒絕了這項計畫，因為歐巴馬認為這對聯邦政府恢復運作的助力不大。

　　澎湖有8位風箏衝浪客，平常就在附近海域玩花式衝浪，許多特技連外國遊客看到都覺得不可思議。這批身懷絕技的衝浪客，還打算挑戰，從澎湖衝浪到嘉義，橫渡黑水溝的創舉。

　　踏著衝浪板，緊抓著風箏繩索，衝浪玩家，在海上刮起大波浪，就在這個時候，海風突然把整個人帶起來，在空中來個360度大翻轉，才發現，海上不只有他一人，這一行人都是風箏衝浪玩家，比出衝浪客手勢信心十足，準備從澎湖衝到嘉義，完成橫渡黑水溝的計畫，但黑水溝的浪，可不是誰都能挑戰，你以為他們都很資深，但這群衝浪客，年紀最輕的才20幾歲。

　　濺起大水花，還來個單手衝浪迴轉，雖然才學了一年半，但衝浪特技，一點也不輸給同伴，精采的花式衝浪，讓外國遊客都很震驚，AMAZING，從澎湖龍門海域出發，抵達嘉義只需要3個小時，但要衝浪渡過黑水溝，還是要有十足的勇氣。
