亞洲開發銀行（ADB）指出，預估越南今年經濟成長率約5.2%。ADB表示，越南雖致力處理呆帳，但還需再加把勁，才能提升經濟成長率。

越南「民智報」新聞網站（dantri.com.vn）今天報導，亞洲開發銀行預估越南經濟成長率今年可達5.2%，雖然與6個月前所預測水準沒有變化，但通貨膨脹率自6個月前預測的7.5%下修至6.5%。

亞洲開發銀行同時預估，越南明年經濟成長率可達5.5%，低於6個月前預測的5.6%。駐越南亞銀經濟專家表示，因越南政府放寬貨幣政策，調漲電價、油價、醫療與教育服務費用等，明年通膨率可能增至7.2%。

亞銀經濟專家高度評價越南政府最近著力處理呆帳及實施金融系統與國營企業的重組計畫，例如：批准若干國營企業重組計畫，調降企業貸款利率，調降企業所得稅與增值稅，調漲個人所得稅繳交門檻以及展開優惠貸款購屋計畫等。

經濟專家建議，越南當局明年必須持續積極與強力處理呆帳和庫存等問題，加快經濟重組，同時加強改善投資環境，如此經濟成長率才可望回升7%至8%的水準。
