標題[問題] 限定不同程式使用不同網卡

今天去買了開在「老家餡餅」旁的「茶湯會」， 遠遠就看到紅紅的招牌「大公雞」全雞料理， 就順便過去買了一隻299的風味烤雞， 回到家就開始準備大吃特吃， 但吃了快半隻不到時， 發現裡面好像紅紅都沒烤熟的樣子， 馬上就打電話給店家詢問是否是正常現象， 店家二話不說， 就說再烤一隻給我們去換， 原本那隻也不用退回去， 然後到了店裡老闆的態度非常之好， 還以為是到了王品集團的店了... 在這裡順便婊一下大江「兩班家」韓式烤肉的服務人員的態度， 跟他們問個價格服務人員的態度跩個二五八萬， 相較起來真是天差地遠， 總之就是推一個！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.169.119.125

【黃子騰／新北報導】新北市「林口子弟戲文化節」已經舉辦3年，今年定於19至20日於林口竹林山觀音寺舉行。為了展現子弟戲的傳統與本體，增添元素色彩及增進地方團體合作互動，本次文化節將安排多項道地的表演節目，還特別配合觀音佛祖聖誕前的周末舉辦，將林口地區2件文化盛事合而為一。

記者王同成／雲林報導 雲林縣口湖鄉台子村「養殖大尾虱目魚達人」何銘輝投入大尾虱目魚放養，成功培育出超過十三台斤的大尾虱目魚，重量是坊間虱目魚規格的五、六倍。何銘輝表示，當地是將虱目魚、文蛤混養及藻類三者自然養成食物鏈，維持魚塭生態平衡，如此的養殖方式不僅文蛤肥美，也讓虱目魚的肉質鮮美、口感絕佳。 雲林縣政府九日特地在口湖鄉台子村舉辦「大尾虱目-雲林尚大尾」行銷宣傳記者會，促銷虱目魚，展示雲林尚大尾的十三台斤超大尾虱目魚，並邀請養殖達人分享養殖經驗，及漁民們一同示範圍網現撈活跳跳虱目魚，再透過總鋪師的料理示範將大尾虱目魚烹煮成一魚多吃方式也兼具高營養價值的美味料理，供現場民眾試吃品嚐。 雲林縣口湖鄉是國內著名養殖虱目魚的主要產地之一，不過虱目魚最怕寒冷，所以每年冬季經常會有大量虱目魚被凍死，能安然度過寒冬的虱目魚，體質相對比較好。口湖鄉台子村養殖達人何銘輝投入大尾虱目魚放養，成功培育出超過十三台斤的大尾虱目魚，重量是坊間虱目魚規格的五、六倍，相當驚人。 身兼台子社區發展協會理事長何銘輝表示，口湖當地由於採用自然生態養殖法，讓虱目魚在文蛤池裡發揮工作魚的作用，且以投餌方式提供虱目魚主要食物來源，特別注重培養優質的魚塭底藻環境，讓虱目魚、文蛤及藻類三者自然養成食物鏈，維持魚塭生態平衡，如此的養殖方式不僅文蛤肥美，也讓虱目魚的肉質鮮美、口感絕佳。 蘇治芬縣長表示，採用自然生態養殖法能讓民眾吃得安心，減少使用水車的養殖方式，不僅響應節能減碳，更符合農博環保。口湖為年底農業博覽會的副展場，台子村虱目魚塭可以成為一日遊或二日遊的觀光景點。 雲林總鋪師阿益師表示，虱目魚只要生長環境優良，在料理上無需過多調味即可呈現鮮甜的味道。口湖地區養殖的虱目魚特色在於烹煮後肉質仍保持韌度，不容易軟爛，與一般養殖方式的虱目魚相比猶如吃肉雞與放山雞的差別，而大尾虱目魚的口感絲絲分明，絕對是饕客的美味首選。 This entry passed through the Full-Text RSS service — if this is your content and you're reading it on someone else's site, please read the FAQ at fivefilters.org/content-only/faq.php#publishers. 巴西醫生開錯刀 病患兩條腿皆失

美聯社9日報導，巴西里約派卓埃爾斯托大學醫院4日發生醫生開錯刀，造成病患雙腳截肢的醫療糾紛。該院醫生原本應該為這名罹患糖尿病併發腎衰竭的病人切除右腿，但醫生卻誤將病患的左腿截肢。

再生能源…拚「賣」向全球

工研院綠能與環境科技研究所所長童遷祥表示，發展再生能源要從兩個面向討論。有關台灣適合應用的再生能源，需考量台灣地理條件、資源及市場規模；至於台灣再生能源產業的發展，則可以全球為市場，發展具競爭力的技術。
本報將於10月15日舉辦「2013再生能源發展願景高峰論壇」，童遷祥將在會中發表專題演講，主題是「台灣再生能源產業如何與國際接軌」。
童遷祥指出，再生能源是取之不盡的天然資源，發電過程不產生汙染，若能妥善永續利用，資源使用情形就不至於惡化，再生能源發展方向包括太陽能、風能與生質能，以及地熱能、水力能及海洋能。
目前台灣已建置的再生能源裝置量主要是水力發電、陸域風電、太陽光電、廢棄物發電及少數的生質氣體，未來將建置離岸風電、地熱發電、海洋能及氫能與燃料電池等。
根據英國石油公司（BP）統計，石油可再使用最短僅46.2年、天然氣可再開採58.6年，煤炭則可開採118.4年。童遷祥認為，再生能源能順利發展，須有創新研發、市場機制與快速產業化等要素配合。
他說，從經濟層面而言，永續發展主張建立在保護地球自然環境為基礎的持續經濟成長，而不是「殺雞取卵」；環境上則主張人類與自然環境間和諧相處，未來要面對的問題包括能源、水、食物與自然環境不斷消耗，排放二氧化碳使地球暖化情形嚴重，造成各地遭受極端氣候的威脅。
因應地球暖化，全球2050年時須降低420億噸二氧化碳排放量，研究發現，減碳貢獻最高的是終端用戶燃料及電能效率、再生能源與二氧化碳的捕獲及封存。他強調，若要達成此目標，科技開發與系統整合是關鍵因素。
童遷祥分析，以台灣的自然條件，不易再增加水力發電裝置量。若要發展地熱發電，以目前傳統型地熱發電技術，要鑽深度達3,000至5,000公尺的深井，成本相當高，建議政府規劃以國家型計畫展開深層地熱發電，宜採引進國際技術及資金方式推動。
