想備份Facebook塗鴉牆嗎？想備份相簿和聊天訊息嗎？想知道你與她之間的互動就竟有多少嗎？現在你都可以透過 Social Safe 完整的把 Facebook 上的資料完整的儲存到電腦並可離線瀏覽，塗鴉牆上誰按了讚、誰留言或者在留言上按讚都能備份到，相簿則會依照 Facebook 上的設定完整下載，不僅如此，還可以備份聊天訊息及提供排程備份功能，方便定期同步最新動態，想要把社群網站資料完整備份下來的話，快來試試看 Social Safe 吧！

目前 Social Safe 可以下載的網站及項目包含：Facebook個人資料、Facebook粉絲團、Twitter、Instagram、LinkedIn、Pinterest、Google+ 及 Viadeo，免費版可以挑選其中一個項目（或帳號）進行備份，付費方案有每年6.99美元、16.99美元及27.99美元三種，分別可以備份4個、10個及20個項目（或帳號）。

功能介紹

第一次使用時先切換到 Account 分頁並且點選要備份社群網站（以下以 Facebook 為例），Social Safe 會要要求登入 Facebook 並給予權限存取你的資料，要使用 Social Safe  這個步驟勢必要同意才能讓 Social Safe 把 Facebook 上的資料下載回來，所以就一直同意按到底吧！

接著 Social Safe 會進入一段漫長的備份時間，我從 2009 年開始使用 Facebook，總備份時間大約2小時左右，所以這時候你可以去做別的事情…

好了…經過一段時間總算備份完成，切換到「Journal」顯示的是到你塗鴉牆上的內容，右上方可以選擇想要查詢的日期。例如下圖我把日期調整到去年生日就看到朋友在當天傳來的生日祝賀訊息，依此類推，可以很方便的回顧過去任何一天的動態。

如果要查詢你跟朋友在某段時間的互動內容，先選擇時間區間，接著在搜尋框上面輸入要搜的對象並選擇「Search on this page」，搜尋結果會包含你標記對的貼文和對方曾經按過讚或留言的貼文。

搜尋時如果選擇「Search on everywhere」可以尋到更多詳細的資訊，包括該朋友對你按讚/留言的照片、聊內容以及塗鴉牆上的互動狀況。想要查詢跟朋友之間的互動情形，Social Safe 的搜尋功能非常實用。

備份下來的相簿則在「Photos」分頁裡面，Social Safe 會按照 Facebook 上的存放方式來彙整。

點進相簿可以預覽相簿的全部照片，而每張照片都可以放大檢視原圖。若要匯出單張照片只要在照片上按滑鼠右鍵就會出現儲存選項；若要匯出整本相簿則按畫面右上角的按鈕，軟體會把該相簿匯出後以 ZIP 格式打包成壓縮檔儲存。

接下來介紹比較特別的功能「Insight」（洞察）。

裡面有兩個功能，先介紹每日互動圓餅圖，它可以分析時間區間內在 Facebook上互動的情形，數據來源官方沒有進一部的說明，但我認為應該是包含了自己的動態更新和朋友與你之間的互動狀況。

另外一個則是分析最常與你互動的朋友、最多人按讚的照片以及最多人互動的貼文，其實以後不用再特別去安裝線上分析工具，直接用 Social Safe 就很能很輕易的觀察到這些互動數據，未來還會有更多的 Insight 報告推出，但有可能會限制給付費會員使用吧？（喜歡就付費支持囉！）

如果要定期同步 Social Safe 資料的話，打開排程備份功能時間一到就自動幫你處理好，很貼心吧！

如何備份聊天紀錄？

其實 Social Safe 預設備份項目裡面裡面沒有包括聊天紀錄，必須手動去設定才行。

切換到「Accounts」分頁，按下 Facebook 帳號項目右邊的齒輪圖示並把 Message 勾選起來，接著再讓軟體重新同步一次就會下載聊天紀錄。

要讀取聊天紀錄則按下相同位置的「≡」選擇 Message 即可。
