餐廳名稱：老五鹹粥 消費時間：2013年/9月2日 地址：新竹縣湖口鄉中山路二段220號1樓(湖口火車站斜對面) 電話：0916-283-539 營業時間：08:00~20:00 圖文網誌好讀版：http://milk52313.pixnet.net/blog/post/250400057 --------------------------------------------------------------------------- 「老五鹹粥」位於新竹湖口火車站斜對面，還蠻好找的 但是這邊並不好停車 我們是平日前來，所以車子經過許可後借停在隔壁 (真是非常感謝) 建議你們可以搭火車來會比較方便哦 老闆很有愛心 ♥ 有提供70歲獨居老人及低收入戶17歲以下學童免費用餐 菜單在外面就可以明顯看到囉！ 可以看看有沒有興趣~~ 。店內環境 空間並不算大，但是座位很復古可愛 是用學校的課桌椅呢 用餐起來有種在學校吃午餐的感覺 格外的有氣氛呢:P 老五鹹粥的招牌，就是老闆五哥自己的Q版大頭照(讚) 。一旁牆壁上是大家的簽名 看到好多認識的人哦 我本來也想簽名的，但實在太害羞了 。菜單 飯、麵、湯、小菜 都是小吃店的基本菜色，價位算是相當平實 魚皮鮮蚵湯 60元 湯頭色澤很清澈，喝起來是蠻清甜的 裡頭有很大顆的蚵仔跟魚皮 料很豐富也很新鮮 土石流油豆腐 15元 豆腐本身稍嫌不夠味，大多依靠上頭醬汁的味道 不過醬油膏的味道過重，又有點太鹹了 下次去可以請店家油膏加少一點，應該會不錯~ 滷肉飯(大) 30元 / 加蛋+10元=40元 這次的主角就是它囉！ 傳說中銷魂的滷肉飯 上面的半熟蛋真的很有魅力耶 新竹的戽斗滷肉飯也是這樣~ 滷肉飯 (小) 20元 / 加蛋+10元=30元 自製的滷肉醬汁搭上粒粒分明的白飯真是相當誘人 不過醬汁裡頭似乎多加了些味素，吃起來難免口乾 其實光是滷肉汁本身的香味就夠了吧 有點可惜了 但是半熟蛋的魅力還是很大 蛋液流到飯上，跟滷汁攪在一起還是會讓人一口接一口啊 -- 這次唯一的小缺點... 就是上菜的時間有點久 後來忍不住去問才知道原來是飯賣完了 老闆不知道是正在煮還是去買飯 總之沒有跟我們說清楚就直接讓我們一直乾等 覺得有點傻眼啦... 不過我想應該是一時疏忽吧 就以上囉。 以上分享希望你們會喜歡^^ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.129.20.92

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】英國一名素食主義者，但患上蔬菜恐懼症（lachanophobia），讓她無法進食蔬菜及水果，導致她嚴重偏食。

現年34歲的維亞絲(Dee Vyas)，自小就很怕肉類的味道，但她也不喜歡看到水果及蔬菜，或聞到其味道，「父母還以為我是偏食者」。直到12歲，維亞絲決定不再忍下去，從此不再觸及任何蔬果。

素食者不吃肉，又無法忍受蔬果，那還能吃什麽？她日常會以米、義大利麵、馬鈴薯、起司及巧克力為飲食。但這個餐單令她飲食嚴重失衡，出現超重，她身高152公分，但體重有59公斤。她上班帶的便當大多是馬鈴薯片、巧克力和碳酸飲料，有時她會喝熱巧克力或咖啡當午餐。

現在英國有數千人患上蔬菜恐懼症，醫治方法主要透過心理治療，減低患者對新鮮蔬果的恐懼感。
