網誌無音樂版: 初訪:http://www.dtmsimon.com/2009/08/blog-post_30.html 二訪:http://www.dtmsimon.com/2011/08/blog-post_10.html 消費日期:2011/08 豐原排骨麵店 台中市豐原區向陽路153號 04-25280300 營業時間:12-00~1400/17-00~22-00 之前到豐原我都是廟東吃清水排骨麵，前陣子PO文之後，很多 朋友跟我推薦另一家在向陽路上也是相當有名的"豐原排骨麵"。 聽說這家是在地人在吃的，豐原人都不吃清水排骨麵。 聽到這個說法，冰箱我自然就好奇囉... 這次因為要去豐原買蛋糕捲回南部，所以擇期不如撞期， 乾脆那天晚上的晚餐就跟阿德到豐原排骨麵去吃囉。 之前就聽朋友說，豐原排骨麵比較特別的是肉排麵。 所謂肉排麵的意思，就是麵裡的排骨，是像滷排骨便當那樣 一整塊帶骨的豬排。雖然他們也有像清水排骨麵那種用排骨 酥的排骨麵，但是既然來了，就要吃吃特色囉。 排骨炸好之後再下鍋滷，滷得相當軟嫩夠味。麵裡面材料相當豐富， 大量的豆芽菜墊底，湯頭還算不錯。另外加點的滷蛋滷得相當透， 已經是鐵蛋級的滷蛋，因為太好吃所以我又忘記拍剖面囉XD 當天要不是接著要趕下南部，我想我可能會買個10顆回家慢慢啃吧? 不含滷蛋一碗的價位是80元，如果把湯都喝完一般人應該都可以吃飽。 其實店家給的油麵的份量也不少，所以這價位還算合理。 只是個人口為畢竟是不一樣，我個人覺得跟清水排骨麵比， 雖然不分軒輊，但是湯頭我還是喜歡清水排骨麵的，感覺比較濃郁。 也許下次再到豐原排骨麵試試看他們家的排骨酥麵才會準喔。 我只能說，好吃的地方不一樣但是都是好吃的，哈哈哈哈哈~~ 大家參考參考囉~~~~~ 豐原排骨麵，店址在豐原市向陽路上，三皇三家對面。 -- 南北貨俱樂部: FB粉絲團:http://www.facebook.com/dtmsimoncook 電冰箱的吃喝玩樂誌:http://www.dtmsimon.com 線上廚藝教室:http://cook.dtmsimon.com -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.224.45.14

標題[食記] 永和 平價美味的HANA壽司 @四號公園

餐廳名稱：永和HANA日本料理 用餐時間：2013/10 地址： 新北市永和區安樂路242-18號 電話：（02）2926-3156 營業時間：11：00-14：00，17:00-21:30/週一公休 圖文網誌版：http://chaochao.tw/hanasushi/ 永和四號公園附近有不少好吃的平價美食 這間HANA壽司也是傳說中不訂位吃不到的日式餐廳 不過今天運氣很好，經過附近正好是11點開門的時間，就去碰碰運氣吧～ :-P 店內空間不大，約只有20個座位，沒訂位的人真的只能碰運氣了 吧檯區的地方已經被預約滿了，所以這次坐在靠牆的兩人座位上～ 午餐定食有分為握壽司套餐、丼飯套餐、散壽司套餐，再另外附上沙拉、湯、甜點 上菜前會附上現磨山葵、薑片、大根還有熱茶 *~ 握壽司套餐 ~* 300元 日式和風沙拉看起來清爽吃起來開胃阿~ 微酸的醬汁搭配上玉米、洋蔥、苜蓿芽、黑豆，還有一大塊魚卵呢，營養又健康 套餐的味增湯也是料好實在，不過好像有點不夠熱就是了 前四貫握壽司一起上桌（如果坐吧檯就是一貫一貫上唷～） 因為服務生介紹的速度超級快，一不留神還真聽不懂再說些甚麼 所以憑印象由右至左應該是炙鮭魚、炙海鱺、紅甘、旗魚吧（有錯誤請指正嚕） 份量不算大，但是生魚片的新鮮度吃得出來 肉質很甘甜算是入口即化～ 剩下四貫是炙魷魚、鮪魚、蟹膏甜蝦、玉子燒 微炙過的魷魚有淡淡的香氣，放進嘴裡像是會自己滑進肚子裡一樣 甜蝦另外還有附上內藏醋飯微烤過的蝦頭 其他部分就是在水準上，但一份300元的價格還是挺實惠的 最後自製的芝麻豆腐味道香濃也不錯唷~ *~ 牛肉丼飯 ~* 200元 因為一大早不想吃太多生冷食物，所以另外單點了一份牛肉丼飯 薄片的牛肉很鮮嫩，雖然搭上冷醋飯吃起來有點不習慣拉 HANA的玉子燒不會太甜，剛剛好我喜歡～ :lol: 下次還想試看看大家推的星鰻定食還有散壽司套餐拉～等我等我 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.162.72.2
