【周佩萱／綜合外電報導】以色列精神領袖，也是最具影響力的猶太教拉比尤賽夫(Ovadia Yosef) ，7日在醫院辭世享壽93歲，超過70萬人一同哀悼尤賽夫，造成耶路撒冷交通癱瘓，當地警察表示這是以色列史上最盛大的喪禮。
 
出生於伊拉克的尤賽夫，金邊黑袍和墨鏡是他的招牌服裝，致力為中東和來自北非的猶太人爭取權益，於1984年創立神諭黨（Shass），在他的領導下，一度成為以色列執政聯盟的主要大黨之一，神諭黨致力督促以色列和巴基斯坦舉行和平會談，被譽為是以色列史上第一個落實和平口號的政黨，以色列總理納坦雅胡哀悼表示：「猶太同胞失去了當代最聰明的賢者。」
 
備受尊敬的尤賽夫，也曾發表過一些引發爭議的言論，他曾稱納坦雅胡是「瞎掉的羊」，2000年還稱「在大屠殺死亡的6百萬名猶太人，是罪人投胎轉世」引發眾怒。

80歲的母親身著綠色條紋襯衫，白色長褲，戴著新買的珍珠耳環，神采奕奕地坐在候診室，這也是我們母女每個月固定約會的地方。

我問母親：「妳排幾號？還沒有輪到妳呀？」。

母親笑著說：「妳不知道這位醫師很愛跟病人聊天，所以看得很慢，我已經習慣了。」。

是呀！連續十幾年都是看同一位醫師生，大家都已經非常熟悉了。這位醫師的病人以年長者居多，其實不是他愛聊天，而是病人很愛問問題，醫師只好一一耐心回答。

這一次血糖、血壓都很正常，母親很開心：「我每天都散步，所以控制得很好。」。

醫師說：「不錯喔！繼續努力不能偷懶，若是下雨天就在家裡來回走走也可以，多運動多散步，身體自然好，今天穿這麼漂亮又要跟女兒約會了？看妳多幸福呀！」。

母親每個月都精心打扮來向醫師報到，能開心地跟女兒約會，都拜這位醫師之賜。老人家慢性病不需要名醫，有耐心的良醫才真正是病人之福。

陽明大學腦科學研究所教授謝仁俊表示，行為及腦科學研究證實變性欲症者大腦神經元與一般人不同，科學及臨床都顯示他們非病態，而是人類的一個小眾族群，社會對變性欲症者應給予接納與尊重。

謝仁俊說，研究團隊針對四十一位有變性欲症者及卅八名民眾進行行為研究，讓兩組受測者分別觀看男女正常對話及性愛影片後發現，一般人無論看正常影片或情色片，對性別的認同皆無影響；不過，有變性欲症者無論是看情色影片、甚至一般影片，皆無時無刻自認自己是另一種性別，完全不接受原有性別。

研究確認了變性欲症者的心理特質有異於天生的身體性徵。以男想變女為例，即使觀看一般影片，他仍心想著是影片中女性的化身。

謝仁俊也是北榮教研部整合性腦功能研究小組主持人，他表示，大腦的腹側背蓋區（VTA）主掌身體骨盆肌肉收縮、男女性高潮及性徵等生理性別的反應表現；前扣帶迴的背區（dACC）主管人際互動、情緒衝突等的功能；前扣帶迴之膝前區（pgACC）是面對社會性懲罰的心理應對防禦機轉。研究團隊利用fcMRI觀察變性欲者腦部神經元的運作發現，有變性欲症者的大腦生理性徵區域與社會人際互動、衝突排斥的大腦神經元，三個區域會形成一個神經網絡連結，但一般人則沒有。

「這是變性欲症的特有標記。」謝仁俊說，變性欲症者即使在安靜狀態下，大腦身心衝突的網絡連結仍非常明顯，顯示腦部長期受到衝突刺激，就算不作任何事，腦部的生理性別與心理狀態仍會自動連結，多數人常處痛苦與衝突感覺中。

另外，北榮精神部社區復健精神科主任李鶯喬分析十七年來曾診治過的五百一十七名個案發現，約半數患者曾合併憂鬱症狀。另外，長期追蹤四百四十六位有變性欲症者的求診者，分析其中五十五人的訪談及問卷內容發現，若接受荷爾蒙或手術治療者，變性欲症者的整體人際、社會適應均有顯著改善；且完成手術的廿五人中，有廿四人對手術滿意，且術後無人後悔。

榮陽團隊是國際第一個針對變性欲症的身心靈所做的腦科學研究，研究成果也被發表於今年七月的國際知名「美國國家公共科學圖書館期刊（PLoS ONE）」中。

變性欲症是一種性別認同障礙，且是最極端的狀況，心理自認是另一種性別，也想要變成異性的身體，不想要現有的第二性徵，同時也希望別人把他當作異性看待。簡言之，變性欲症者靈魂裝錯了軀體。

根據一九九六至二○一○年健保資料庫指出，原始男性有變性欲症的發生率為十萬分之九，女性十萬分之五。
