應該是2005年,某日在站上看到這款筆電後背包的分享後
就直接殺去台中NOVA買了一個回來,直到今日
現在已經忘記當初是被哪一篇文章勸拜的
剛剛搜尋一下比較詳細的介紹是這篇:

但我絕對不是被這篇勸拜的,因為這篇的日期是2007年
這將近八年的歲月裡,我的烏龜包(老婆大人是這樣稱呼的)
陪伴我每天上下學、上下班,無論是刮風下雨還是豔陽高照
並且遠征至西伯利亞、馬來西亞、印尼、緬甸、越南等國家
內容物也從華碩15.4的筆電(五年多)換成Macbook Pro 15"(二年多)
其實,到今天為止還十分耐用,除了一些小細節之外,真的沒有什麼好挑剔的
小細節之一:拉鍊
說實話,拉鍊早在使用第四年時就開始出問題
但是因為沒有造成太大的影響,就一直放著不管
下面幾張圖片顯示拉鍊的問題
拉鍊線脫落,總共有四處

拉鍊塑膠材質剝落,金屬格子處原本是塑膠材質

拉鍊脫軌,由於拉鍊線脫落後造成拉鍊受力後變形,距離加大
拉鍊常常從這裡掉出來

小細節之二:正面Dicota字樣剝落(圖片中只剩下剝落後的印記)

最後,令我下定決心要聯絡原廠的原因,就是拉鍊不斷地脫落
特別是在緊急的時候,動作難免粗魯一些
這時候拉鍊就會常常脫軌演出

就在我出門要上班之時,拉鍊再度脫軌演出
原本想說用了七、八年了,就再買一個新的吧
正在我物色新的背包時,發現了這篇文章

下午三點多,出乎意料之外,收到了來自香港Dicota客服的E-mail
Sorry to know that your bag is torn.
We would like to have more information to apply a new bags for you.
Please kindly provide your purchase invoice for approval.
既然願意換給我一個新的背包,當然就儘快回信解釋無法提供購買證明
After about seven or eight years, you know, only very few people can remember where and when they bought a bag precisely, and can also keep the purchase invoice.
Unfortunately, I'm not those rare people.
All I know is that Dicota promise lifetime warranty for this bag and now my bag bought from Dicota is torn.
I am willing to show you this bag is real thing made from your company in any way which we all agree.

覺得這家公司的效率真的還算不錯,中午前就收到回覆:
