【蘇聖怡／台北報導】陪審團推動聯盟、中華國家法治改造促進會、台灣和平草根聯盟等公民團體今舉行記者會，呼籲「廢除特偵組！不要東廠，回歸地檢署！」律師鄭文龍說，廢除特偵組連署已有近50個公民團體連署，並持續增加中，他指出，特偵組就像混亂國家體制的違章建築，造成國家動盪，為國庫著想，也不應再養一群動盪國家的人。

律師黃帝穎表示，德國因納粹教訓，修法讓司法體系不得設置非常法院；美國因曾有獨立檢察官涉入政爭，因此獨立檢察官走入歷史；南韓今年也廢除中央搜查部，黃帝穎說，權利需要監督制衡，許多民主國家的特別偵查組織都因成為政治工具而遭廢除。

台灣和平草根聯盟理事何宗勳表示，下週將展開國會連署活動，歡迎朝野黨團支持廢除特偵組的連署，也呼籲國民黨立委能夠個別參加連署。

 【陳瑩欣／台北報導】台灣金暨台銀董事長李紀珠今日主持「台灣銀行文物館」開幕活動。台銀指出，文物館歷經3任董座參與，過去在劉燈城、曾銘宗擔任台灣金暨台銀董事長期間積極策劃，至李紀珠任內完成，也為銀行拓展業務帶來新氣象。
 
台銀表示，未來文物館成立以後，將在每個星期二至星期五上午常態性開放，遇例假日公休，已開始接受團體預約及提供專人導覽服務，民眾可以在文物館中參觀台銀重要出版品、愛國獎券、新舊台幣、錢幣、古金幣及書畫展。
 
李紀珠指出，台銀文物館是國內第一家由金融業獨自設立的文物館，座落於台北市博愛路162號1樓，建物本身以仿古希臘建築元素為美感謝求的建物，原為日治時期日本帝國生命會社在台支店的辦公館舍，是1930年代辦公大樓的建築代表，整棟建築自1937年啟用迄今已超過76年，目前是台北市市定古蹟。

〔記者王榮祥／高雄報導〕不受「菲特」颱風影響，黃色小鴨昨正常「上班」，單日吸引 超過廿五萬人次鴨迷造訪，十八天來累計超過兩百廿五萬人次。 「菲特」主要影響中北部，位居南部的高雄昨日整天風勢略大、但沒降雨，雲多、偶有陽 光。 市府表示，考量颱風外圍環流可能引進較大陣風，經與策展團隊商議後，前晚十一時許， 曾派出潛水員至小鴨下方檢查固定鋼纜，同時在水面上增掛三條浮纜，確保小鴨安全與穩 定。 昨日一整天，市府與策展團隊持續監控天候，上午曾在光榮碼頭測得最大陣風四級、瞬間 強風六級，評估風勢仍在小鴨可承受範圍，決定讓小鴨正常上班。 市府說明，原則上最大陣風若超過六級，市府與策展團隊就會啟動監控機制，評估小鴨能 否繼續浮在水上，昨日因最大陣風還在承受範圍內，且前晚已進行強化作業，才讓小鴨繼 續與大家同樂。 昨因風勢較先前略強，小鴨幾度輕微搖擺，遊客多認為小鴨晃動一下更可愛，只是鏡頭好 難抓。 市府統計，前日參訪人次約廿萬、昨日約廿五萬，從九月十九日展出後，累計達兩百廿五 萬人次。 http://www.libertytimes.com.tw/2013/new/oct/7/today-south8.htm -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.248.128.65
