去年繳交的所得稅，國稅局陸續退稅，苗栗市黃姓市民退稅一元，他今天把這張退稅一元國庫支票PO在臉書，網友議論紛紛，其中兩人表示也收到同樣是一元退稅支票，有網友認為是「擾民」，有人建議留下來當紀念品，百或裱起來當作傳家之寶，或留下當故事的證據。

黃姓市民說，一元支票也不知道銀行會不會收，寄這張國庫支票，郵資廿五元，信封、紙張，差不多五元，共卅元左右，還不算人工等其他成本，卻「寄一張一塊錢給我，我看這一塊錢捐出去好了」。

國稅局苗栗分局秘書李瑞賢表示，一元退稅不敷成本，過去做法是兩百元以下不退稅，但因去年遭立委質疑「吃錢」，財政部規定無論金額大小都要退稅，分局已向上級反映，建議金額非常少，研商不退稅。

身份：OL 妝齡：10 y 妝容：膚色白晰/膚況不錯 故都是淡妝 化妝工具歷程 （隨年齡＆妝容精緻度變化）： 前提說明本人非常手拙用過的工具包括 1.粉餅附的粉撲 2.永和三美人海綿 3.givenchy刷具 4.MAC刷具 （貴松松/神刷187） 轉攻平價刷具 （勤找BLOG的心得後頓悟的） 5.資生堂131 6.高絲Espriqe 7.美國訂購ECO 8.美國訂購ELF 9.美國訂購RT 我對底妝刷具的訴求是： 刷完不能有粉痕/有不錯的輕遮瑕力 清潔後易乾/不掉毛 （濕用刷具我大約2天洗一次/乾用約一週） 真的比較會化妝後很後悔自己到今年才買了好刷具 貴不見得是好 大家吹捧的我也不見得適用 4：缺點/以MAC187而言 要以輕點的或輕畫圓的方式上對我而言真的耗時又不順手 然後每次洗完掉毛我又要心痛一次 妝效我也不喜歡 真的買了很後悔＠＠ 5：缺點/資生堂131小刷頭 刷整臉我的速度大約要5-10分鐘才夠均勻 太密又沒什麼彈性的刷毛我都很擔心 長期下來會有縐紋 6：優點/高絲的刷頭大一倍 相對完妝速度會更快，我覺得比資生堂131優 缺點/但刷毛沒什麼彈性我還是不喜歡 7 ECO/8 ELF： 優點/我買的底妝刷刷毛軟/刷頭大 可以兼顧快速完妝又不會過度拉扯皮膚 缺點/動物毛的部分會掉毛啊＠＠ 9 RT： 豐厚的毛量又十分有彈性 可以快速完妝不卡粉/無粉痕/妝效自然 總結： 再花了不少錢後我才買到心愛的RT刷具 我是同時訂購了ECO/ELF/RT的刷具 但唯一再度回購的只有RT刷具 對我而言他真的是無可挑剔： 平價/易清洗/易乾/不掉毛 速度快/毛量豐厚 如果可以不花冤枉錢直接買RT就好了（淚） RT愛用刷具 （看分享有些套刷很雞肋所以我買單刷）： 1.大蜜粉刷： 刷粉餅/蜜粉都非常棒 2.橢圓腮紅刷： 可以刷出薄透自然的腮紅 3.短炳圓刷： 很柔軟我都拿來推開防曬/粉底兩用 也非常適合攜帶用，很萬能 4.餘粉刷： 我拿來當眼下遮瑕刷非常棒 這4款都是我上月買過這個月又加購的產品買下來也才1.2K真的是很平價 以前化妝覺得耗時耗工又要趕上班，用了RT後大大縮短化妝時間 又可以多摸魚一下子了真的很開心 相信嗎？好刷具真的能帶人上天堂！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.74.176.94

【李銘宏／台北報導】新北市重陽分隊救護員高嘉宏，昨天深夜11時許，出勤前往新北市重陽路一段執行酒醉路倒救護勤務時，遭到該名50多歲酒醉男毆打，高員遭對方毆打多拳，造成耳朵血腫，高員在勤務結束後前往醫院驗傷提告，打人的男子也被警方帶回派出所。目前警方以妨害公務及傷害罪將酒醉男移送法辦。
