標題[請問]退出軍職的辦法

各位板友好: 剛剛在法律資料庫與網路上找了許久，大多都是有關軍職生的賠償辦法，但找不到有關正在服務軍人的退出辦法。 我弟是就讀空軍二技畢業的學生，當初簽約8年，目前已經正在單位服務。目前想要退出，也願意付賠償金，但卻苦無退出的辦法。問過軍中的輔導長，輔導長說必須要服滿8年才可以退。 請問各位大大，是否有辦法可以解除軍職生契約呢？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.170.74.25

【涂建豐／高雄報導】已舉辦13年的左營萬年季將於下周六登場，今年特別設計直徑一百公分的最大火獅餅，民眾可在萬年季活動期間火獅駐點廟宇，報名參加擲筊最大火獅餅比賽，由擲得最多聖筊者為冠軍，可獲得最大火獅餅，象徵福氣滿滿、呷百二。
 
今年萬年季將從10月12日起至20日於蓮池潭畔展開，舉辦期間每天都規劃不同型態的表演主題，包括陣頭大會師、熱情台客舞，展現高雄在地多元文化特色。還邀請高雄虹薇藝術團、十鼓擊樂團、九天民俗技藝團、東方藝術團、金曲打狗亂樂團、黃妃、翁立友、許富凱及施文彬等知名藝人在活動中演出。
