餐廳名稱：真好豆花 消費時間：2013年/9月 地址：桃園縣中壢市新明路137號 電話：0932-109139 營業時間：週一 17:00~24:00 週二至週日 13:00~24:00 每人平均價位：40 可否刷卡：否 有無包廂：無 推薦菜色：三色豆花 網誌好讀版:http://tenpercentlin.pixnet.net/blog/post/163456604 (無音樂) 真好豆花位在中壢新明夜市的店面，小小一間有兩三桌坐位， 他的豆花應該是跟大溪賴祖傳豆花進貨的，所以配料組合都跟賴祖傳豆花一致， 這天刻意選中午過後一兩點的時候來，人比較少， 一般在晚上的時候，人潮就變多了。 真好豆花有套餐組合，其實就是先幫你選好配料組合， 1號餐是搭配蓮子、紅豆、薏仁， 2號餐是搭配花生、紅豆、綠豆， 3號餐是搭配大豆、紅豆、綠豆， 另外每碗都會加芋圓和脆圓，配上黑糖水和黑糖冰沙， 除了大溪賴祖傳的豆花外，還有賣芒果冰，因為沒點就不多做介紹啦。 我選的是三色豆花(布丁豆花、白豆花、黑豆花) 再加上自己選組合：花生、薏仁、大豆， 豆花的味道果真是和大溪賴祖傳豆花的一樣， 豆花不會一碰就散，也不會有焦味，嚐得到淡淡的布丁、黃豆和黑豆的香氣。 芋圓和脆圓的口感是軟的，可能還沒冰鎮過，所以不會那麼Q， 不過這樣的口感我比較愛，反而不喜歡太過Q彈的口感， 花生是煮過的，所以是軟花生，配上黑糖水後， 白白的花生油自然凝結出現，看來是真材實料的， 大豆和薏仁也都是軟硬適中，配上黑糖水真的是好吃， 一直以來都覺得大溪的賴祖傳豆花用黑糖水真是一絕， 甜度溫和的黑糖水搭配豆花真的是很適合，不會吃豆花都在吃甜味， 在豆花和各種配料間都達到平衡，真好豆花也還是用黑糖水， 另外還加上了黑糖冰沙給大家消消暑。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 124.219.26.45 ※ onepercent:轉錄至看板 ChungLi 10/03 02:11
