第二階段電價調漲上路，為穩定物價，經濟部從上游製造端到下游通路，每周訪查重點民生商品包括沙拉油、米、雞蛋等十七樣產品；經濟部長張家祝昨天表示，商家漲價理由如果是「電價調漲」，就應該比照台電，公開營運成本資料。

張家祝說，第二階段電價調整方案本月全面上路，依照這個漲價方案，全國逾八成五的住宅、以及八成的小商家，電價並未調整。

不過隨著電價調漲，連鎖餐飲、食品、服飾到零售通路紛紛傳出漲聲；官員說，經濟部並非逢漲就查，查核重點在於業者是否「合理反映」電費成本，如果是業者藉機哄抬物價，一定會深入了解。

工業局長沈榮津說，根據台綜院研究，電價調漲後，工業部門的電力成本只微幅增加百分之零點二三。

張家祝也指出，許多業者喊漲，但根據經濟部估算，因電價調整增加的成本支出，「不到平均營運成本的百分之一」，漲價和電價關聯小。

經濟部官員說，並非逢漲必查，前提是業者應「合理反映」電費成本，若藉此時機哄抬物價，將介入了解；例如某家知名飲料店，電價上漲後，每月營運成本微增百分之零點一三，網購服飾業小增百分之零點一一、知名飲料店、廿四小時超商則是百分之零點五六。

經濟部官員表示，已啟動物價監測機制，並每周開會，分別監控生產製造端、零售通路端兩大體系，生產端將由工業局和產業公會保持聯繫；零售通路端則由商業司和商家、商圈、傳統市場溝通、訪價。

第50屆金馬獎入圍名單揭曉，王家衛「一代宗師」共獲包括最佳影片、導演、男女主角等11項提名，為提名名單大贏家。台灣電影蔡明亮「郊遊」與鍾孟宏「失魂」則分別獲5項入圍。新加坡電影「爸媽不在家」表現亮眼，也獲最佳影片等6項提名。

今年金馬獎共有250部影片報名，創下史上最多，因此九小時討論也是歷年最長。最佳影片部分有「爸媽不在家」、「天注定」、「一代宗師」、「郊遊」與「毒戰」。

女主角入圍者有「一代宗師」章子怡、「聖誕玫瑰」桂綸鎂、「狂舞派」顏卓靈、「西遊降魔篇」舒淇和「盲探」鄭秀文。

男主角入圍者有「一代宗師」梁朝偉、「失魂」王羽、「激戰」張家輝、「寒戰」梁家輝與「郊遊」李康生。
