【陳建彰／台北報導】美股不受聯邦政府關門的衝擊，道瓊指數逆勢走揚，激勵今天亞股延續反彈，除了日股之外，包括台、港、韓及陸股均往上拉抬，台股在
金仁寶集團、塑化、太陽能等族群推升下，收復8200點，終場上漲29.5點，收8216.52點，成交值785億元。
 
福邦證券分析師陳唯泰表示，過去美國政府停擺時，道瓊指數及標準普爾500指數約有8次上漲、16次下跌，對於台股影響則是中性看待，投資人勿須過份擔憂。
 
由於台塑（1301）副總裁王瑞華昨表示，石化業景氣優於預期，經濟部投審會又開放輕油裂解廠西進中國，陳唯泰樂觀看待第4季石化業表現，因為第4季是石化業旺季，下游需求較好，加上有廠商的產線歲休，報價勢必走揚，至於更下游的紡纖業，預期接近年底時才會比較有表現。

他預估，隨著外資縮手、融資餘額增加，指數表現空間不大，但短線內資將取代外資成為盤面主導力量，已經跌深的中小股有機會補漲及輪漲，惟族群不明顯，仍以個股表現為主。

標題[心得] 去中華電信試G2的心得...

跟G PRO並排，拍張照先： http://i.imgur.com/ogwF8pZ.jpg G2小很多，這點我很喜歡。 G2用虛擬鍵，雙擊螢幕解鎖祇要輕輕TOUCH，不用「敲」，也很有趣，成功率不錯 G2順暢度跟G PRO差不多，我分不出明顯差異。 LG MARK拿到底部，好不好看就見仁見智了。 按鍵在背面其實非常不順手，但因為解鎖跟鎖機可以用雙擊螢幕的方式處理， 所以，某方面來說可能祇是使用習慣的取捨。 另外也去試了一下Xperia C，哇咧這是什麼超厚邊框...... 旁邊的Xperia Z1也是一樣，框好厚啊...... PS. 同樣是台北車站南陽街附近，神腦比中華直營要多出三倍以上的手機.... 雖然我是先去中華直營問合約狀況(10/15前我得續購機約)，再去神腦玩手機。 應該可能大概或許，會續一支G2來當貳號機吧。(雖然這樣左手右手都是LG....) ====== 順便在這篇寫一下G PRO當壹號機的心得好了。 我會換成G PRO，是因為我受不了三星手機的「卡3G」了。 先解釋一下，這個「卡3G」是三星手機與(通常是)中華電信SIM卡搭配時常出現的狀況。 行動上網的符號會突然從「H+」跳到「3G」，然後就卡住，15秒~1分鐘都有可能， 等跳回「H」或「H+」後，又會一切正常，剛剛的狀況彷彿是掉進異次元世界。 在底下這幾篇M01的文章都有討論與一些解決法的教學，另外香港那邊也有一些討論： http://tinyurl.com/n9x2b92 http://tinyurl.com/kkdejq8 這問題從去年第一支NOTE2起就困擾我，到現在還是困擾。 不是那麼嚴重的影響使用，也不清楚是三星還是中華電信的問題， 但我常聽到有人抱怨上網慢，像是善導寺到西門、古亭到頂溪等地方都會卡住， 現在想想，這些人幾乎都是拿三星手機，配中華電信門號。 也許這不是個案，但也沒有解決之道吧。 總之，我受不了了，所以我把壹號機換成G PRO，讓NOTE2先去抽屜裡。 然後，經過那些過去很常發生卡3G的地方時...宛如新生啊這。 一樣會跳到3G符號，但一秒就切回H，有時稍久也不過3~5秒， 同一張SIM卡，同樣的使用方式，就不會出現那麼嚴重的卡3G。 在我主力門號兩個都是中華電信的狀況下，唉，為了不要卡3G，祇好用別牌手機了。 以上，是為心得。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.24.8.55

NOTE3真的很棒 雖然比G2貴了將近一萬元，可是，如果我不是用中華電信門號當主力， 且有非常高的行動上網需求(除非室內定點，我不切WIFI的，CHT WIFI也沒在用了)， 我會考慮洗手機買NOTE3，但現在沒辦法啊..... 買NOTE3來結果祇能去當參號機(台哥大超能省的門號)，這太浪費了。 ※ 編輯: TheoEpstein 來自: 114.24.8.55 (10/03 02:09)

【陳俐妏╱台北報導】摩根大通證券出具自行車產業報告表示，中國高端市場快速成長，成熟市場平均單價穩定下，看好自行車產業中長期後市，首評美利達（9914）加碼評等，首評巨大（9921）中立評等。
 
摩根大通證券指出，預估中國高端市場未來5年成長仍有15%的水準，除了運動車款外，電動輔助自行車(Electric Power-Assisted Cycles)目前市佔比約4%，可望持續在成熟市場持續穩定成長，未來5年歐洲市場年增可達15%，日本市場也有10%的成長力道。
 
摩根大通證券也指出，看好美利達中國市場布局，營收動能持續，獲利表現也可望改善，未來5年毛利率和營益率可望達21%、14%，首評給予加碼評等和目標價253元。考量巨大大部分營收以低端產品為多，獲利題材多已反應，首評給予中立評等和目標價217元。
