倦勤六年的龔天行，終於如願轉任富邦產險董座，而蔡家兄弟找的總座接班人，竟是讓外資圈都傻眼的黑馬。

金控獲利王，富邦金十月一日臨時董事會後，宣布十三年來最大一次人事調整案，最令外界意外的是，富邦蔡明忠、蔡明興兄弟的最佳助手，富邦金總經理龔天行將轉任富邦產險董事長，職缺由台灣大哥大行政總經理許婉美接任。

據了解，這盤人事棋局，富邦蔡家兄弟檔已思考半年，隨著富邦金拿下華一銀行，及相關的大陸金融投資布局，都需要新的人力調整，而其中最重要，也最令蔡家兄弟傷透腦筋的一步棋，就是龔天行的職位。

早在二○○七年，龔天行因一人身兼數職，造成身體勞累，而曾口頭請辭後被慰留。兩年前，龔天行倦勤一事再度傳遍金融圈，當時龔天行的確有意離開，但因為找不到適合的人選，蔡家兄弟為了減輕龔天行工作量，同時培養人才，找來原本擔任淡馬錫在大陸成立的鄉村銀行總經理的詹文嶽擔任顧問，進入富邦金總經理室，協助、分擔龔天行工作量。

直到最近富邦金與華一銀行的購併案順利完成，龔天行終於如願以償，卸下金控總座一職，而過去協助龔天行的詹文嶽將內定出任華一銀行行長一職。

過去，龔天行幾乎就是蔡家兄弟的分身，以富邦金購併ING安泰人壽為例，當初荷蘭ING集團要求富邦金在一個星期完成買賣、交割手續，龔天行一人飛往香港代表蔡家兄弟與ING集團談判，一天之內就敲定交易。「若沒有一定的信任度，龔天行沒辦法扮演好蔡家兄弟代言人的角色。」一位金融界人士分析。

龔天行引退！
富邦家大業大，後繼者難為

麥格理資本證券台灣金融產業分析師許世德表示，龔天行辭職對富邦金控來說「很可惜」，因為他是「所有金控裡面，唯一了解總體經濟，又對金控每家子公司都很熟的人，」富邦金控家大業大，未來接這位子的人，應該會相當辛苦。

【何哲欣／台北報導】總統馬英九民調狂跌，他今早接受廣播專訪說，總統夫人周美青、姊姊及母親都支持他，每周回老家陪媽媽吃飯，母親也不時來電關心。網友諷馬是媽寶總統，也有網友說，教育部前主任秘書莊國榮曾說，「我會讓他哭著回去找媽媽」，稱讚莊國榮是先知，「先知總是寂寞的」。

不過莊國榮2007年是因教育部拆除「大中至正」匾額與台北市長郝龍斌互嗆，郝揚言提告，莊國榮也回嗆，「歡迎隨時來告我，有種的話，他自己到法庭出庭，我會讓他哭著回去找媽媽！」

莊國榮今晚接受《蘋果》訪問，語氣平淡，僅說，「馬英九是怎樣的人，現在大家已經越來越清楚了，沒什麼需要多講的了」。
