【綜合報導】日本女星酒井法子的弟弟吉原健，涉嫌持槍闖入民宅搶劫被捕。

事發於去年7月，34歲的吉原健持槍，進入福岡一間民宅，威脅66歲女屋主交出現金。同年12月又用槍恐嚇一名計程車司機，吉原健事後被捕承認罪行。當地警方表示，吉原有黑社會背景，是日本最有勢力的「山口組」成員，連同這兩起入屋搶劫案，吉原先後6次被捕。

酒井法子雖與吉原關係疏離，但外界擔心事件會影響酒井的復出星途。

上個月我到台中上課，午休時間燕子藉故找我一起吃便當。燕子畢業後待過三家大型金控，我跟她曾經短暫同事過，她剛從分行主管晉升區域督導，前途一片大好。

便當快吃完時，燕子終於開口問我：「憲哥，如果部屬跟你反應，有它區同事跨區踩線，而該同事又是你前老闆底下的員工，你該怎麼辦？」

接下來的十分鐘，我就耐心的聽完她對這案例的背景描述。

問題的核心是什麼？

通常這種案例，我不會給出心中真正想法，畢竟我不是當事人，並不了解其中真正原委，尤其是人的部分。更何況業務踩線幾乎天天發生，成王敗寇，很難有標準答案。公司的業務準則，只能規範七、八成的案例，剩下兩、三成就要靠業務主管跨區協調。這案例真正難處理的地方不是跨區踩線，而是踩線者是前老闆底下的愛將。

我問燕子後來的處理方法，聽完之後，我只能把答案吞回去，直說：「妳的做法比我的答案更漂亮！」

把人處理好，事情就不難了

燕子的做法是：優先處理手下的心情。

她先把已經氣到要哭的女業務，約到咖啡廳，耐心聽她把話講完，並告訴她，換作是自己遇到這件事，也會義憤填膺，但凡事都是一種學習，也勉勵女業務「不要在低潮時做出任何決定」，並請對方給她一天的時間，明天此時會主動跟她說明處理結果，也請她相信自己，會全力處理此事。

台中市保護樹木的公民團體，今天上午9時許，齊聚在南屯區永春東三路、楓樂巷口，抗議目前永春東三路正在進行的生態景觀工程，包商不當的移植樹木，讓樹木在移植後，仍會面臨死亡的命運。

中市原鄉文化協會總幹事江慶洲說，包商未依標準移植程序，用怪手粗糙斷根，呼籲市府以毀損罪嫌，向包商提告，並論處失職人員責任。

中市地政局表示，要求包商依規定施工，若包商未依規定，調查後將追究責任。
