【綜合報導】特偵組在檢察總長黃世銘的領導下，濫權違法偵辦王柯關說案，甚至跨越民主抵制，違法監聽國會，荒腔走板又毫無節制的辦案手法，引發人民對馬政府特務治國的極度憤怒。

據今天出刊《壹週刊》報導，朝野立委九月三十日在立院司法委員會同聲撻伐特偵組濫權監聽，直指黃世銘是「說謊總長」，要馬總統和行政院長江宜樺採取同一標準，以處理法務部前部長曾勇夫的模式，叫黃世銘下台。尤其，在法務部正式宣布成立專案小組調查監聽案前，黃世銘曾打電話給尚未就任的法務部長羅瑩雪，就成立調查小組交換意見。國民黨立委表示，黃在要被調查的敏感時刻打電話給羅瑩雪，依馬總統的標準，「這不叫關心、關切、關說，不然叫什麼？」

具有法學背景的監委直言，黃世銘已明顯違反《通訊保障及監察法》《刑事訴訟法》及妨害秘密等罪嫌，監察院將追究責任。馬英九也急於與黃切割，不再派立委護航，導致黃世銘九月三十日在立法院遭朝野立委期生圍剿要求下台。

【吳家翔／台北報導】監委洪德旋與吳豐山聯手調查關說案與監聽案，由於檢察總長黃世銘公開表示若監院彈劾才下台，但黃總長任期將在明年4月任滿，監委調查會不會緩不濟急？吳豐山說，哪一個官員任期到何時與調查權行使沒有關係，調查是否需要半年也不一定，「這舉國關注的，我們會快馬加鞭，也許2、3個月調查完畢也不一定」。

洪德旋表示，他們主要是調查法務部前部長曾勇夫、高檢署檢察長陳守煌、檢察官林秀濤等人在處理關說案案上有無違法失職；另外檢察總長黃世銘在約詢檢察官林秀濤與監聽過程是否適法。他說，目前進度仍在調卷中，但不論調查完畢屆時做什麼樣的決定，一定會有調查報告。

標題[問題] 請問一下高速公路中間車道的路權

各位版上行車經驗豐富的車友前輩好 小弟昨天開車上高速公路 遇到一個狀況 想上來請教一下大家的開車經驗 平常小弟開高速 我都儘量走中間車道 因為我的時速就保持100kM上下 超車道也是超完車 就切回中間車道 盡量把超車道讓給需要超車的用路駕駛 可是前幾天卻發生一個狀況 就是有個大客車開很快 想要用中間車道超車 但是當時是下班時間 高速公路上其實很多車子 那台大客車就只能跟在我車後面 因為我也被前面的車擋車流裡面(時速約90km) 結果那台大客車就開始不耐煩的閃燈 (還好沒有逼車) 那小弟的疑問是 如果在超車道 遇到要超車的小客車 沒有甚麼疑問 就是讓路權給要超車的用路者 但是如果在中間車道 駕駛人是否也要讓路給 趕著要超車的大型車呢? 最後是車流錯開 那台大客車超過了原本在慢車道的卡車 就繼續往前急速行駛了 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.219.85.194
