立法院長王金平今天下午發表「等待黎明、迎向藍天」聲明稿，決定不在黨內提出申訴。他在聲明中表示，對職務無所戀棧，但不能接受僅憑特偵組違法濫權監聽的片面之詞，就可以目無法紀，破壞憲政體制。

署名「中國國民黨永久黨員」的王金平在聲明中表示，他已多次表明沒有關說，相關人員也都一再否認關說，且我國已通過人權兩公約，保障人民自由權利，「本次特偵組違法監聽、越權報告，破壞憲政體制，關說一事是子虛烏有」。

聲明指出，他從政卅七年有餘，一本犧牲奉獻之初衷，無怨無悔，如認定他應喪失黨籍，他隨時可離開職務，無所戀棧；但他不能接受的是，僅憑特偵組違法濫權監聽的片面之詞，就可以目無法紀，破壞憲政體制。如此，我國多年來為各國所肯定的民主法治、權力分立、國會自主等憲政秩序，將被破壞殆盡。

王金平指出，他選擇不向國民黨提出申訴，是避免申訴造成黨內紛爭和社會動盪，更期待政局早日恢復平靜；當前國內外政情勢詭譎多變，政府宜早日因應，以國計民生為重，讓國家持續發展進步。

在公眾演說的場合，當台下聽眾列席而坐、台上講者拿起麥克風的那一刻，誰是主角呢？從傳統的角度來看，理所當然是鎂光燈下的那位講者。不過，我有不同的淺見：主角應該在台下，而不是在台上。

每當有人談論「簡報技巧」，特別是需要對客戶提案的業務人員，我經常聽到的問題是：
如何克服緊張？
如何能吸引聽眾目光？
如何進行一場令人印象深刻的簡報？

還在摸索簡報技巧的朋友，最容易出現的盲點就是把焦點放在「自己」身上。面對群眾感到緊張，是因為我們認為「自己」的一舉一動是影響這一場「show」成敗的關鍵；我們學習各種技巧，好讓「自己」在台上看起來充滿自信、生動風趣；我們試著鋪陳充滿戲劇效果的話術或工具，期待「自己」成為唱作俱佳的演員，在聽眾心中留下深刻印象。

但是，如果我們靜下心來思考成功簡報的本質，它應該是將有價值（甚至撼動人心）的訊息，成功傳達到聽眾「心裡」的過程，而不只是進到「耳裡」。表達的用字遣詞、聲音的抑揚頓挫等技巧，固然可以讓訊息更順利的進入聽者「耳裡」，不過它們終究只是過程的「配套工具」，不保證訊息也被帶入了「心裡」。

在聽完一場「充滿技巧」的簡報之後，聽眾有可能想：「他的演講技巧真的很不錯。不過，他所說的內容和我的關聯不大。」

誰才是一次成功溝通過程的主角？又是由誰來評斷一場簡報的成功與否？毫無疑問的，不是拿著麥克風、看似主角的那個人；而是坐在台下、看似配角的聽者。想通這個「主客易位」的道理，其實我們應該花更多時間去深度理解，我們談論的主題對聽者的意義是什麼？他們需要的、感興趣的資訊是什麼？我們打算如何讓他們滿載而歸？

LINE 推出 LINE Store 之後，只要到便利商店購買 LINE 指定卡（LINE預付卡）就可以在線上儲值及購買 LINE 貼圖、 LINE Game 虛擬道具。很多人好奇 LINE 指定卡、預付卡會有實體卡片嗎？事實上我本來也認為可能會有卡片，但實際購買之後才知到原來廠商都在提倡環保（竊笑）因此沒有實體卡片可拿，取代之的是把序號卡號印在付款證明上，當然如果有時體卡又印有各種 LINE 角色的話或許會有另外收藏價值吧？說遠了，來跟大家介紹詳細的購買方式

7-11 ibon 購買 LINE 指定卡方式

Step 1 在 iBon 首頁上選擇「儲值」

Step 2 接著選擇「遊戲點數」

Step 3 在一堆遊戲卡裡面選擇綠色亮眼的「LINE指定卡」

Step 4 接著你會看到 60元、240元、720元及1380元四種不同額度的指定卡，選擇你想購買的額度。

Step 5 接著再選取要購買的數量（每次交易最多可買5個）後按【確認輸入】

Step 6 最後確認購買數量和金額正確後按下【確認，列印繳費單】，把繳費單拿到櫃台結帳。

如何從 LINE Store 儲值點數

Step 3 儲值完成後，重新整理 LINE Store 畫面就會看到如下圖的活動訊息，儲值的額度也會顯示在畫面上。

儲值紀錄和購物紀錄都會紀錄在個人頁面中。
