【綜合報導】針對特偵組監聽立法院風暴，台大法學院教授林鈓雄認為，當初的立法敗筆，才是今日濫權監聽的始作俑者。
 
林鈺雄投書《蘋果日報》焦點評論「監聽法制 漏洞百出」指出，以人口比計算，德國人口約為台灣的4倍，但台灣法院核發監聽票次是德國法院的8倍；若以續監票次比較，更高達德國的30倍！國力不同，連人民基本權利都會連帶縮水。既然我國及德國皆同由法院把關，為何監聽實務統計卻呈現如此天壤之別？我們的監聽法制出了什麼問題？
 
林鈺雄強調，德國從立法到實務，改為事前、事後雙管齊下，除了加強事前法官保留的審查密度之外，同時發展全面性的法院事後審查，賦予受干預當事人事後得向法院請求救濟或確認處分違法的權利。相較之下，我國事後救濟僅有《刑事訴訟法》的抗告和準抗告途徑，條文文字還漏未規範通訊監察。
 
林鈺雄表示，相較於其他國家相關法律，像是另案監聽之限制、通聯紀錄之法律保留、國會通訊監察監督委員會或監察使之設置，都是我國法律的權利保護漏洞，希望立委諸公能亡羊補牢，彌補通訊監察的立法漏洞，才是防範濫權監聽、維護基本人權的制度出路。

【綜合報導】桃園機場貨運站昨中午在2箱進口快遞內，查獲40枚已安裝引信威力強大的黃色炸藥（硝甘結合TNT），這是國內首宗查獲已安裝引信的TNT炸彈案件。

據《自由時報》報導，這40枚TNT炸藥（每枚半公斤），是昨天上午在桃園機場貨運站的快遞機放倉被查獲，由於1斤TNT炸藥就足以炸毀汽車，這批炸彈走私時機與雙十國慶日接近，而快遞收貨貨主是蘇姓貨主，國安及治安單位正全力尋找蘇某查明其意圖。
