特偵組昨天上午開記者會七度強調絕對沒有監聽立法院總機，十一小時後檢察總長黃世銘親自開記者會表示資訊錯誤，他步入記者會場時臉色凝重。 記者黃士航／攝影

關說司法爭議演變成監聽風暴，針對特偵組監聽立法院總機，馬英九總統昨天高度關注，希望特偵組對外說明釐清疑點，檢察總長黃世銘昨晚舉行記者會鞠躬道歉，坦承資訊錯誤。據了解，黃世銘並未請辭。

黨政人士表示，馬總統的原則就是尊重司法獨立，關說司法、濫權監聽都不對，誰逾越了司法這條紅線，都必須按照司法程序接受調查，他都不會袒護。

黨政人士指出，八月卅一日黃世銘帶著報告見馬總統時，一再強調「程序沒有問題」，現在外界有疑慮，司改會已向檢察官評鑑委員會請求評鑑檢察總長黃世銘，監委也在調查此案，還有人控告黃涉嫌瀆職、洩密、違法監聽，好幾個途徑都可讓黃世銘接受公平調查、釐清爭議，讓證據說話。

黨政人士表示，檢察總長黃世銘有任期保障，除非他被調查確認有違法失職，否則馬總統仍然是尊重司法獨立，不會干預。

黨政人士表示，馬總統立場、原則明確。立法院長王金平涉關說司法案，馬總統認為這是大是大非，不會偏袒王金平；同樣的，若黃世銘違法監聽，馬總統也不會護短。

國民黨文傳會副主委殷瑋昨天則呼籲民進黨主席蘇貞昌面對柯建銘司法關說案本質。他說，蘇貞昌當年一席話，「轉移焦點不能改變涉案的事實」，多少人至今記憶猶新。原文原句，蘇貞昌可以深思回味，蘇貞昌喜歡大談民主及憲政素養，那就不應迴避柯建銘是司法關說案源頭的事件本質。
