檢察總長黃世銘（圖）28日在台北召開記者會，對特偵組上午發言錯誤道歉，表示原以為該電話是民進黨立委柯建銘助理電話，絕非明知該線電話為立法院的節費電話，而故意聲請通訊監察。〔圖／中央社〕
政治中心／綜合報導 特偵組被爆出違法濫權監聽，其中監聽一組電話號碼「0972630235」，經調查竟是立法院總機對外的節費號碼，引發藍、綠同聲抨擊，甚至要求檢察總長黃世銘下台、解散特偵組等訴求。對此有資深的檢調人員表示，總機電話進出繁雜眾多，難以準確監聽目標對象，根本是做白工，只有傻瓜才會這麼做。 特偵組被爆出監聽立法院總機，引發外界嘩然，甚至連立法院長王金平得知後，都直說「不可思議」，希望真相可以早日釐清。對此特偵組在28日兩度召開記者會，上午發言人楊榮宗先是堅稱「絕對沒有監聽立法院總機」，但在媒體記者當場撥打後，他才改口表示聲請監聽票後才知道是立法院電話。 晚間檢察總長黃世銘再度親上火線召開記者會，他解釋特偵組誤以為該電話是立法院配置公款給柯建銘的助理使用，還舉出立法院的全球資訊網上面的電話是「02-23585858」，同仁因為「資訊錯誤、發言不正確」，當場向國人道歉。只是特偵組在召開5分鐘的記者會後，黃世銘並未接受媒體提問，甚至被問及要主動下台辭職負責，黃世銘轉頭就走不回應。 特偵組的電話監聽，竟然連立院總機也在內，已經引發所有藍綠立委同聲撻伐，不但有許多立委出面批評，連前總統李輝惠也表示自己以前也被人這樣搞過，直批特偵組違法。外界將矛頭也指向總統府，對此總統府不願表示意見，僅表示未來調查有人若涉及不法，馬總統都會尊重，「該怎麼辦就怎麼辦」。

Polar 磁性筆！是筆，也是玩具

 Polar 這支磁性筆，可以當圓規、可以打陀螺、可以射子彈、可以貼在冰箱上、平板上；也可以當電容筆或一般筆，還可以.....呃！自己看影片吧！
是筆，更是玩具。
Polar 並非第一個由磁性材料做成的筆，但可能是最好玩的一個。
Polar 由加拿大設計師 Andrew Gardner 獨立完成，主要零件是幾個可拆卸的磁性金屬塊和一根筆芯。通過簡單的組合，Polar 可以實現多種玩法：
- 將金屬塊拼成一條直線，可以當作圓規
- 將金屬塊拼成一個圓圈，借助磁鐵互斥，可以玩「旋轉陀螺」
- 顛倒金屬塊兩極，下拉金屬塊，可以像皮筋一樣發射「子彈」
Polar 另一端是塗有導電漆的橡膠，能夠在平板電腦上直接繪圖。磁性筆身可以吸附在平板電腦的磁性外殼上，隨帶隨走；或者當作冰箱貼，直接貼在冰箱門上。
很多人都被 Gardner 的點子折服。9 月 10 日上線 KickStarter 後，Polar 得到近 4000 人的支持，1.4 萬加元的籌款目標也早早完成。
不過 Gardner 沒提到是否為 Polar 申請專利。老實說，Polar 吸引用戶的更多是創意，幾乎沒什麼技術門檻。這讓有心人要山寨很容易。不知 Gardner 有沒有考慮過應付抄襲的對策。
