標題[問題] 備胎的一些問題

小弟在某日夜晚開車，因不知後車胎遭螺絲刺入導致車胎沒氣，開了一段路（大約三公里 ）後才發現，現在已換上比較小的備胎， 原來的輪胎經過車行鑑定已無法在補胎後在次使用，想請教，這較小的備胎可以撐多久ㄋ ？是否應該儘快更換？若繼續在用備胎的情況下開一陣子，會有什麼後果ㄋ？ 請幫幫我這無知的外行人解答疑惑，感謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.79.151.23

【陳冠宇／新北報導】凌晨1時許，新北市泰山區工專路一名男子報案表示要開瓦斯自殺，警消緊急前往現場救援，抵達現場時瓦斯味濃厚，一名男子倒在地上肢體無力，但意識還算清醒，表示他已自行將瓦斯關閉。

警方表示，該名29歲的林姓男子情緒相當不穩，只好在送醫時將他先行上銬，男子供稱心情不好不想活了，其它皆不願多談，確切原因還有待釐清。

加拿大黑莓公司（BlackBerry）今天宣布，接受1個投資集團以47億美元收購。這個集團計畫將黑莓下市。

黑莓公司發表聲明說，公司已「簽署意向協議書，以楓信金融控股公司（Fairfax Financial HoldingsLimited）為首的集團已報價收購本公司，但須經適當評鑑」。

加拿大億萬富豪沃薩（Prem Watsa）旗下的楓信公司本已是黑莓最大股東，手中股權近10%。沃薩8月間在黑莓宣布有意求售時，即辭去黑莓的董事1職。

根據擬議中的交易，投資集團將以每股9美元收購流通在外股票；至於楓信手中股票將在交易中捐出。

黑莓表示，公司董事會贊成這項計畫。一旦審查評鑑完成，這筆交易案可望在11月4日前宣布，而相關時程也取決於投資集團取得融資的狀況。
