【綜合報導】立委黃文玲質詢檢察總長黃世銘指出，身為法律人非常難過，總長竟捲入史上最嚴重政爭，好可惜，且向總統報告，一般人都認為特偵組淪為政爭工具，智庫調查，5成4認為特偵不是公正司法機關，5成9認你不適任總長，5成1以上認應廢除，你向總統報告對嗎？沒有疏失、行政違法嗎？目前你已有近20件被告，特偵捲入政爭，造成是司法淪喪、你成為司法最大惡人，司法變政爭工具，以你職位誰敢調查，應停職受調查，以視對國人負責。
 
黃世銘回答說，3年半來這是唯一一件向總統報告，捲入政爭是「意外捲入」，報告當時官邸只有總統1位，總統沒有指示，內部討論計畫想傳院長（王金平）、部長（曾勇夫），因為沒有行政調查權而捨棄；尊重地檢署調查（我），應該照辦；（停職）沒有必要。

立法委員廖正井在司法法制委員會質詢檢察總長黃世銘時，批評黃的行徑是捅蜂窩。廖正井質疑特偵組對於曾勇夫涉及關說的指控，缺乏完整的證據，已造成公務人員人心惶惶。

廖正井表示自己也常常因為忙碌忘記處理選民案件，當面對選民詢問進度，只能說已經處理了，因此不能用監聽譯文中，王院長對柯建銘的說法斷定關說事實存在。廖正井痛批特偵組已成為個人政治鬥爭的工具，他會贊成廢除特偵組。
