中秋節剛過，許多人都享受了中秋燒烤大餐，但是對現年29歲、號稱「蚵男」的黃翊誠而言，炭火已是他生活中最熟悉的氣息。四年前，他從台灣大學研究所休學，回到台南七股、繼承養蚵家業，還到夜市賣起烤生蚵，台南市觀光局將他的故事，改編成微電影《蚵男，不難》，將於9月26日首映。

最近幾年，夜市裡出現一攤又一攤烤生蚵，除了標榜帶殼新鮮，還不時看到「蚵男」二字。這可不是虛擬的卡通人物「柯南」，而是道道地地、在台南七股養蚵的年輕養殖漁民黃翊誠。

「蚵熟的程度，可以從表面判斷，烤到殼的水分退一半，大概就可以上桌了，」在題著《蚵男烤生蠔》、充滿海洋氣息的藍色招牌下，黃翊誠熟練地撬開蚵殼，裡頭躺著一個拇指大的肥美蚵仔，「帶殼，表示裡頭的蚵仔還活著，品質最新鮮。」

人來人往的善化夜市裡，黃翊誠忙著翻看炭火上的蚵殼，即使已經戴上兩層手套，但因為沒時間更替手套，蚵殼流出的滾熱湯汁，不時滲入燙傷他的皮膚，一旁備用的冰水，在從沒停歇的夜市人潮中，顯得無用武之地。

最高一天營收3萬元 最慘1千

蚵男邊撬開蚵殼邊笑說：「習慣了啦！至少有人總比沒人好。」他最高紀錄，一天營收3萬多元；但也曾因為下雨，一天只有1千元收入，帶去的蚵仔「滿載而歸」，讓他格外珍惜現在的成就。

戴著黑框眼鏡，留著小平頭的黃翊誠，乍看之下，和一般年輕人並沒有兩樣，但曬得黝黑的皮膚，洩露出他是個海邊青年的身份。他的爺爺靠著養蚵撐起全家，從小，他和妹妹、弟弟的「娛樂活動」，就是到蚵寮幫忙剝蚵殼。

尹恩惠預計出演10月14號即將播放的KBS新月火電視劇<未來的選擇>( 劇本洪珍兒/演出 權溪泓/制作 annextele ),在劇中扮演一名雖是大企業客服中心的普通職員,但是為了夢想一直保持著明朗的笑容和心態的人物.
