德國國會選舉結果底定。德國總理梅克爾領導的基民/基社聯盟雖然以41.5%的得票率大勝，卻未能掌握國會絕對多數席次，勢必要尋求其他政黨聯合組閣。

德國官方公布初步計票結果，全國299個選區開出的選票統計顯示，基民/基社聯盟（CDU/CSU）得票率為41.5%，社民黨（SPD）25.7%，綠黨（Gruene）8.4%，左派黨（Linke）8.6%，自民黨（FDP）4.8%，德國的另類選擇黨（AfD）4.7%。

這屆國會（聯邦議院）選舉於昨天舉行，投票率達71.5%，比4年前的70.8%稍高。

跨過5%得票率選舉門檻的各政黨在新國會的席次，基民/基社聯盟有311席，社民黨192席，左派黨64席，綠黨63席。

德國選舉法規定國會有598席，不過，每屆選舉都會多出幾席，因為如果政黨在選區贏得的席次多於政黨票的比例，這些超額席次可以保留。上屆國會大選就選出了622位國會議員，這屆的總數有630席。

如果基民/基社聯盟與社民黨合組大聯合政府，503席佔國會席次近80%，是相當穩定的絕對多數，內閣推動法案應該比較順利。

由於社民黨在以各邦總理為主要成員的聯邦參議院（Bundesrat）掌握絕對多數，如果兩大黨聯合執政，政府要修憲或是通過重大議案就不致遇到目前基民/基社聯盟與自民黨聯合政府所遭受的阻力。

歐洲聯盟國家大多樂見德國兩大黨聯合執政，期望在處理歐債問題上社民黨能軟化梅克爾的政策。不同於梅克爾堅持撙節，社民黨主張刺激歐元地區經濟成長及解決失業問題為先，更符合經濟力道遠遜於德國的歐盟國家的期望。

2005年到2009年期間，兩大黨就是在梅克爾領導下聯合執政。

擁有311個國會席次的基民/基社聯盟，也可以聯合小黨執政。不過，綠黨在選戰期間就表示，如果聯合執政，綠黨的夥伴將是社民黨。基民/基社聯盟則排除與左派黨合作的可能性。

雖然社民黨若聯合綠黨和左派黨也可以達到絕對多數，社民黨在選前已表示，若要組聯合政府，並不準備和左派黨合作，所以3黨合作執政的可能性不高。

如果基民/基社聯盟不能與綠黨合作，大聯合政府似乎是梅克爾的唯一選擇。德國政界人士和媒體在選前就預測，德國可能再走上大聯合政府之路。
