記者吳順永／台南報導 台灣世界展望會即日起至9/27於衛生福利部臺南醫院1樓門診大廳設攤，邀請大家一起來響應「兒童健康，立刻行動」，加入「CLOSE THE GAP」行動5步驟。 行動5步驟分別為：集氣簽署、拍下創意照片、貼上倡導貼紙、資助兒童、分享愛心行動，關懷並改善孕婦、產婦及兒童的健康，縮短各國醫療資源的距離。 宣廣攤位上，邀請民眾加入「CLOSE THE GAP」，台灣世界展望會特別製作大型相框，可供2-5人在愛的擁抱中進行合照，象徵以擁抱接近彼此的距離、拉近各國兒童健康之間的差距。 臺南醫院莊佳璋副院長表示，兒童健康更需要大眾關注，期盼透過一些簡單的行動，協助全球5歲以下幼童及產孕婦提高存活率，甚至改善他們的健康狀態，亦挽救690萬名5歲以下幼童遠離可預防、可治癒的疾病。 腦麻協會林靜琴理事長強調，腦麻協會用實際行動來支持活動，學員雖有一些肢體障礙，但是心理卻不受到影響，努力生活，並進行許多宣導活動，也有組成樂團可以進行公益演出，對於兒童健康當然要前來支持。 世展會南區辦事處陳雅玲主任說明，展望會歡迎捐款500元關懷兒童健康，可獲得精美貼紙一套，或每月捐款700元資助一名國外兒童，幫助他能夠健康度過每一天。

恐怖情人！台南六溪國小情殺案 1死2傷

社會中心／台南報導 台南市白河區河東國小六溪分校23日傳出情殺案，貨車司機吳姓男子不滿在國小擔任廚工的潘姓女友要提分手而前往國小談判，與來勸架的女友女兒發生口角，持刀刺死女友女兒且追殺女友，然後自殘倒地昏迷，造成1死2傷的悲劇。 據報導，現年58歲的潘女3年前喪偶後，與54歲貨車司機吳男交往半年向吳男提出分手，吳男不滿被提分手，憤而在23日中午11點多到國小找潘女談判。但由於恰逢潘女工作時間，加上吳男神情有異，六溪分校黃姓主任請吳男離開校園，潘女也打電話找女兒過來。 黃姓主任說，潘女女兒到校後，在午餐廚房外的空地與吳男爆發口角衝突，潘女也走出來與吳男理論，沒想到吳男突然拿出一把魚刀猛力刺向潘女女兒心臟部位，接著追殺潘女，潘女身中4刀逃進廚房，吳男最後在潘女面前自殘胸腹部3刀倒地昏迷，3人被送往新營醫院、柳營奇美醫院急救。 河東國小校長蕭敏華表示，命案發生現場在校外，全校18名學生都在教室上課，並未目睹兇殺過程，校方也依規定通報校安事件，並報警處理。白河分局調查發現，吳男轎車裡面後座整齊平放飼料袋，推測是為了怕血跡滲出沾染，詳細案發原因，需等傷者復原後才能進行偵訊。警方證實，潘女女兒心臟中刀，送醫後宣告不治，潘女與吳男身受重傷，尚未脫離險境，還在觀察中。

作業系統（OS / Operating System）是一組軟體，用來管理電腦硬體資源並且提供電腦軟體共通的服務。作業系統是一個電腦系統中必備的系統軟體元件，應用程式通常需要作業系統才能運行。（Source: Wikipedia）
在Matt Blumberg的新書Startup CEO: A Field Guide to Scaling Up Your Business中關於Execution的一部，提出了一個很有趣的概念，他用「Company Operating System」去形容一個企業的核心營運流程，並鼓勵創業CEO們用心去建造一個一流的作業系統。
對於學軟體出身的我來說，這是非常啟發人的比喻。你可以把公司的各種硬體與設備看作底層，然後建造一組Operating System去控管並協調這些資源的使用。你也可以把公司的工作團隊看作中間層，在那之上再建立一組高階的作業平台以確保上層的策略、目標，能夠被中間層的同仁確實執行，且同仁與同仁間的整合、溝通，能夠順利的發生。OS必須給每個軟體足夠的作業權限，也必須做好錯誤的處理，這些也是公司營運中關鍵的活動。
此外，雖然上層的應用程式千奇百怪，一個作業系統的工作方式卻是固定且可預期的。同樣的道理，一個新創公司可能常常需要調整它的業務內容，但不代表它不能夠有一個經常性的作業流程。事實上，幾億年的日出日落、春夏秋冬演化下來，「固定韻律」早已深深寫入我們的DNA中。在可預期的環境下，多數人的工作表現往往比不可預期之下來得好很多──這也是20 Mile March背後重要的精神之一。
如果一個軟體作業系統有Program Execution、Memory Management、Multitasking等核心功能，一個Company OS又該有哪些關鍵功能呢？Matt提出了幾個他多年經驗下來的結晶：

在精髓不換跑速的情況下攻速CP值較高，而且攻速流是魔傷比例較大，我記得野怪魔防比物防低

【潘姵如／台北報導】理由太牽強！1名高姓男子（50歲）上個月某日早晨8點多突然拎著2個水桶，跑到大佳河濱公園內流動廁所將水桶裝滿後，再到草坪區全身赤裸當場洗起澡來，1對早起運動的夫妻見到這個情況，太太嚇的立刻要丈夫打電話報警。 當轄區警方開巡邏車到大佳河濱公園巡視時，高男聽見警笛聲，也看見警示燈閃爍，立刻拎了衣服拔腿就跑，與警車競速約150公尺後，才被警方逮捕。高男到警局後，一臉無奈地說，因為和老婆離婚，想到兩人生不出女兒了，覺得心情很不好，才會到公園洗澡。警方後來依據社會秩序維護法第83條「於公共場所或公眾得出入之場所，任意裸體或為放蕩之姿勢，而有妨害善良風俗，不聽勸阻」，向高男裁罰2000元，訓斥不准再犯後便讓他返家。 想看更多現場直擊鏡頭，請快進蘋果關鍵現場粉絲團

病痛纏身不堪折磨 男子10樓跳下輕生

【黃子騰／新北報導】新北市三重1名78歲的邵姓男子，因罹患糖尿病及高血壓多年，最近又不良於行出入只能靠拐杖支撐，疑因不堪病痛折磨在今天下午5時許，從住家10樓頂跳樓。住戶發現後趕緊報警將他送醫急救，但仍因全身多處骨折宣告不治。
警方調查，邵男之前就曾因病痛纏身割腕自殺未遂，今天下午竟獨自柱著拐杖搭乘電梯上到頂樓，沒多久後就被發現跳樓身亡。由於死者並未留下遺書，現場也未發現打鬥或他殺嫌疑，初步研判死者應該是跳樓自殺身亡。
