旅客涉水登船跌跤 批金門縣府不知變通

【王中聖／金門報導】強颱「天兔」過境帶來強勁風勢，離島金門縣烈嶼鄉往來大小金門船隻停泊處的九宮碼頭，因逢大潮又碰上強風，下午2點後整個港區幾乎泡在水中，許多機車被大浪打得東倒西歪，但專營交通疏運的金門縣車船處卻未避開潮汐暫停開航，旅客與民眾只能冒險涉水登船，導致1名學童當場被浪拍倒，還有旅客跌得四腳朝天，痛批縣府主管單位不知變通、不顧安全！ 家住新北市的蔡小姐說，在大金門登船時，車船處人員並未告知小金門港口淹大水，抵達小金門時只能硬著頭皮涉水上岸「真的有夠危險！」小金門當地民眾也認為，車船處應該提早告知大潮時間，並微調航班，而不是讓許多60、70歲的老人家冒險提行李涉水登船，萬一出事誰能負責？ 《蘋果》向船員詢問，船員低調表示確有民眾跌倒受傷，但上面沒說停航，誰敢說不開？只能祈求保佑別出事！對此，金門縣車船處長吳世榮說：「已授權船長決定要不要開航，且車船處只管海象是否適合航行，港埠設施不足要問港務處，若港務處不開放碼頭，船班當然就不會開！」港務處長許正芳則解釋，今日有許多鄉親急著返回大金門搭飛機，所以船班盡量維持正常，對於造成旅客困擾很抱歉。許強調未來將加強與車船處的溝通，盡量在海上與岸上都安全無虞的情況下開航。 This entry passed through the Full-Text RSS service — if this is your content and you're reading it on someone else's site, please read the FAQ at fivefilters.org/content-only/faq.php#publishers. 鄭性澤殺警 廢死盟製動畫盼洗冤

男子鄭性澤被控開槍殺警，遭判死刑定讞，他數度以遭刑求才自白殺警為由聲請非常上訴和再審被駁回，廢死聯盟最近將全案疑點製成動畫到處宣講，強調是刑警蘇憲丕與角頭羅武雄開槍互射雙雙死亡，鄭是被枉冤的，請求槍下留人。
二○○二年一月五日晚上，羅武雄擁四把槍與鄭性澤等五人到台中豐原十三姨ＫＴＶ唱歌，羅武雄開槍射擊天花板及桌上酒瓶取樂，並將其中兩把改造手槍交給鄭性澤保管；ＫＴＶ員工聽到槍聲報警。警方衝進包廂擊斃羅武雄，刑警蘇憲丕身中三槍殉職；鄭性澤與梁姓男子腿部中彈送醫。
檢警調查，蘇憲丕衝進包廂擊斃羅武雄後，半蹲躲在大理石茶几後方，被坐在右側沙發的鄭性澤開一槍擊倒；蘇趴下後，鄭走上前補兩槍。三個審級、五個法庭判決鄭性澤死刑，於二○○六年五月定讞。
判決指出，羅武雄被射中心臟即刻死亡，沒有舉槍瞄準機會，不可能連開三槍弒警；蘇憲丕右臉顴骨中第一槍，符合從鄭性澤坐位射擊的彈道路徑，且鄭右手有火藥殘跡，認定鄭性澤涉案。鄭性澤始終喊冤，指遭警方從鼻子灌水、電擊嘴和生殖器，才自白開槍殺警。
廢死聯盟和冤獄平反協會等六個團體認為有疑點，質疑鄭性澤被子彈打斷左小腿，如何在沒有滴下血跡情況下，通過三個人擋住的茶几與沙發間狹窄走道，走到羅武雄右側對蘇憲丕開槍再回原位？認為鄭性澤右手火藥殘留是幫羅武雄撿拾射擊天花板三顆彈殼丟掉的轉移跡證。
廢死聯盟成員作家張娟芬、執行長林欣怡、律師羅秉成等人發動一人一信聲援鄭性澤，並製作動畫還原槍戰現場，希望為鄭爭取再審機會。

手做傳統燈籠 僅此竹山一家

有求才、求光明意涵的中國傳統手藝燈籠，常掛在宮廟前，是台灣文化的重要象徵，但傳統手藝已經逐漸沒落，南投縣竹山鎮的光遠燈籠公司仍堅持傳統，經理謝惟純今天說，光遠燈籠已有50年歷史，旺季一天可以製作300個燈籠，全都純手工製作，近年轉型觀光工廠，讓民眾更易親近傳統文化。

請問如果四個人一起出去玩 同時都訂了合宿形式的房間 (因為如果是private room的話會比較貴) 當旅館剛好有一整間空房的時候 可以要求旅館幫忙排在同一間房間嗎? 很怕到時候提出這個要求很無理 所以先上來了解一下 謝謝大家!!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 147.251.197.137
